7/10 at best, place was empty for lunch, floors were trashed, and place needs some upkeep. Food wasn’t great, but wasn’t the worst either. They should call it a healthy hoagie than a true philly cheesesteak.

Ahmazing!! My standard order is a double zinger and double Swiss cheese and mushroom burger! Hands down the best in DFW! Yes .. literally the best in all of DFW! And I say that with utmost conviction after eating halal fast food all over DFW!

Came in to order and were informed after paying fries were not available. We then asked for a full refund and that we no longer wanted to eat here. To which the guy at the front claimed we couldn’t refund even though we just paid because the manager wasn’t here but he was working the front and cooking. He then refunded only the fries.

My parents visited this restaurant on 10/13. Upon sitting down, the chair my father sat on completely broke and cut my father’s leg. Upon informing the staff at the restaurant, we were told we cannot speak with the manager/owner and that we were welcome to email them. We emailed them the same day and received no response. After waiting a couple days we called the restaurant again, and we were told the owner did not want to speak with us. The restaurant is in terrible condition with broken chairs, sticky floors, and dirty tables. the restrooms are dirty and unclean. I did not want to leave a negative review, but maybe this is a way for management to reach out to us.

Great food and made to order. Very nice gem in Carrollton. Please give this restaurant a try…my daughter enjoyed her cheese steak fries.

We ordered online to get some cheesesteaks and fries. Well to our surprise when we got there, the orders didn’t come through. I don’t know if their online ordering system was down or what. Instead of listening to us, the guy at the counter didn’t think that we actually ordered. We physically showed him our order receipts on the email and he still seemed iffy on fixing our order. Once he did agree to fix our food it took 30-45 minutes. Overall, the food was okay and the atmosphere of the actual place was chill.

Have been coming here for a minute and the staff is ALWAYS respectful, polite, courteous, and with kindness. They know me as I place my order for myself and my wife. They simply ask the usual and to the last detail, they get it correct! Outstanding customer service and excellent food! The BEST PHILLY AND CHICKEN CHEESESTEAKS IN DFW!!! You won’t be disappointed and absolutely glad you checked in on this place when you visit! Respectful thank you to the staff for the food and incredible service!

Came here with my coworker and it was delicious! I am keto and the owner was able to make it keto friendly for me with no issues! Our food came out super quick, and was hot! Definitely will be back!!
