We went to this place on 09/28 around evening time and ordered snacks platter and Tea.We are completely disappointed by seeing it. They are all very cold including chutneys. We just bite the samosa and the potato curry spoiled and getting the bad smell out of it. I asked the cashier to smell it. She smelled it and not responded anything. Not even ask us for the replacement. They just kept quiet. The Tea is also just warm. We asked them to reheat and give and see it is warm again after reheat.
We just like the ambience

I recently visited Sai Bhavan in Carrollton, and I had a great experience. The food was really good everything we ordered tasted fresh and flavorful. The service and the staff were friendly, which made the visit even more enjoyable.
The atmosphere was relaxed and comfortable, making it a nice spot to enjoy a meal with friends or family. Overall, I had a really positive experience and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for good food in the area.

We ordered the Doopudu Pothu Biryani from Sai Bhavan. The rice was flavorful and tasty, but unfortunately, we hardly got any meat pieces – precisely two bones without meat and three minuscule pieces. The taste of the rice was good, but we were disappointed with the lack of proper mutton pieces. Hoping the restaurant can improve on the quality and quantity of the meat, because the flavor is really nice.

We had a great breakfast here yesterday. Owner and crew were super friendly and served us delicious south Indian breakfast - idli, vada, dosa, poori.

Every item was super tasty and delicious. Is this going to be my new favorite indian restaurant?

Will definitely come back and try their lunch menu items.

Ordered 2 biryanis yesterday. 1 was below average and another bad.
One of the worst I I have had in Dallas.

We got food for our Pooja event from here, the food is very tasty, delivered on time, setup warmers and labels. Amarendra was very professional and prompt in communication and adjusting the menu even in the last minute.
The only complaint I got from my kids is that the nans became hard by the time they ate, but I honestly think it's because of leaving out too long. I personally could not eat a lot on that day coz of nerves but triec desserts bobbatlu & double ka meetha are very tasty, Just wanted to give honest input .. kaju paneer & pulihora and roti pachadi were the top 3 appreciated by everyone.

“Sai Bhavan is a true gem for anyone who loves authentic, home-style Indian food. The flavors are rich, comforting, and remind you of meals cooked with love at home.

Their breakfast menu is fresh and flavorful, a perfect start to the day. But what truly makes Sai Bhavan stand out is the variety and quality of their dishes:

🍛 Jackfruit Palav – unique and perfectly spiced
🥭 Mango Dal – tangy, nostalgic, and incredibly satisfying
🍗 Chicken Biryani – aromatic and packed with flavor
🐐 Dupudu Pothu Mutton Biryani – bold, spicy, and tender
🫓🌶️ Roti Pachhadi – simple yet bursting with authentic taste

On top of that, their catering services are excellent and reasonably priced. Whether it’s a small gathering or a larger event, they provide generous portions with consistent quality and timely service.

The staff is friendly, the atmosphere is clean and relaxed, and the overall experience is always pleasant. If you're craving real Indian food with that “home-cooked” feel — Sai Bhavan is a must-visit.”

Went on a weekday for dinner. Very average food tbh. Dosa came in soggy but the sambar and chutneys were decent. Poori and kurma were good.

We ordered break fast ,Tea and Lunch for House Warming. Received very good feedback from the guests.
Price is very much reasonable.
Restaurant owner (Amar) is very welcoming and knowledgeable and customer oriented. Just to mention, Samosa, Bobbatlu, Gobi Manchuria, Jackfruit Palav, Saambar, Doubla Ka meeta , Breakfast Chutneys is all great.
Definitely recommended Sai Bhavan for tasty food at an affordable price. Service is Top notch.

This is a genuine review not at all biased, got to know them through a friend referral.

Best one in Dallas area.
