A late review, but a great one. We had a small religious event at our home and no second thoughts but went to order with Sai Bhavan. Requirements shared over a text message for Satvik food for a group of around 20 people and they immediately understood what we want and ensured that every single item was prepared with great care. Spice level requirement was well understood and managed very well. Food was ready before time and was super fresh and so tasty. This place has been our family's go to when it comes to any sort of catering or even a casual dinner out at the restaurant. Love the place. #Secondtimecatering#

Buffet was delicious and out of this world!
Sweets are made from cane sugar(jaggery) and my favorite is Kajjikayalu, simply delicious. First bite and in a matter of seconds, it’s all gone!! My first time here and I’m definitely coming back. Staff is kind, humble, respectful and friendly. What more can a guy ask for?

Never go again, no food quality we got sick in out stomach and packet food are old too. The place is not clean. Bathrooms and the sitting area are not clean at all. We saw man clean bathoorm and some other area then he went to the kitchen. We brought ice cream it was melted and old. So totally disappointed in this place.

Ordered non veg meals. All items were really good. So much quantity was given for $18 which is enough for two people.
Looks fresh, packed well and tastes great.
Definitely recommend this place.

We had a very bad experience at Sai Bhavan. We ordered Paneer Butter Masala along with garlic naan and plain naan. The naans served to us were clearly frozen and reheated. When we pointed this out, the staff did not accept it, though they offered a complimentary item.

Overall, it was disappointing and felt like a waste of money.

Very tasty, south Indian authentic home-made style lunch, curry & buffet options. Family friendly atmosphere with tasty food and good service.

The food is always authentic and reminds me the taste of bhimavaram, a place in Andhra taste and experiments of different dishes are always an secret address for its recipes.

The chicken fried rice was extremely disappointing. They didn’t know how to make it at all. Instead of actual fried rice, they mixed biryani rice and served it as “chicken fried rice.” When I asked about it, they insisted that’s how they make it, which is unacceptable for an Indian restaurant. Very poor quality and nothing close to authentic fried rice.

I ordered chicken fried rice, but what I received was made with biryani-style rice, even containing whole spices like cloves. This is not how fried rice is prepared. When I asked, the staff insisted that this is “how basmati is cooked,” which is incorrect. The dish didn’t match the menu description, and the explanation felt dismissive.

Vegetarian dal was decent. Mutton was hard and rubbery and basically inedible. Considering meat dishes are expensive, this was very disappointing. Will not order mutton again. Had to throw out the mutton pieces in the biryani. Not sure why even the mutton keema had no flavor and was very hard! Cannot comment on chicken etc. since we did not try.

I recently visited this place and was not at all happy. The service was rushed no focus on customer satisfaction. The food was bland, overpriced, and clearly made with cheap ingredients. It felt like owner is more focused on maximizing profit than any other values. There are better options nearby that care more about food quality and customer service. I wont be retuning.

I bought a brunch buffet, so the service was non-existent. It was self-service. While the food variety and taste were good, it's not a typical Punjabi (North Indian) fare. People familiar with Punjabi dishes (only) might feel lost (especially with the South Indian names for the dishes). Atmosphere was mundane. Average look and feel.
