12/7/24: WARNING: DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION! There is an amazing Schlotzsky’s location just a couple miles away in The Colony and it’s the best location I’ve ever been to. I actually forgot what a proper Schlotzsky’s sandwich should be after so many horrible experiences at the Carrollton location!!!! I have been 6-7 times to The Colony and all orders have been correct, fresh, hot! Great staff. Wish I’d looked earlier for a new location.
CARROLLTON IS ABSOLUTELY THE WORST LOCATION! 3rd time at this location that order was wrong or cold soggy sandwich with broken apart bread. Tried to reach manager but can’t get anyone to answer the phone. This used to be the best location until the entire staff changed. They need to step it up.

This place is always so rude. Why are they always out of things? And why is it always the same woman who says they are out of things? Why does she bark at people like she does? Plenty of places will have their employees just go buy a can of olives or go buy a tomato. There isn’t a shortage.

I don't know who yall are hiring but the last few times dine in and drive thru, employees are incredibly apathetic and rude. In line right now and I thought they were closed because no one was answering on the speaker! I've been in park in this drive thru for over 10 minutes, trapped between two cars so no I can't get out. This place needs to close!

Doesn’t answer the phone. Gets all DoorDash orders wrong. At first, I ordered a turkey sandwich with nothing on it but turkey and cheese. Then when my order got to me, it was a turkey sandwich with everything on it and a beef sandwich with everything on it. I tried to call the store over 10 times and they didn’t answer. Then I placed another order. I thought I would make it easier for them and 2 Order kids grilled cheese, which literally just comes with cheese and meat and somehow they messed that up when my sandwich got to me It’s still had everything on it which a kids meal doesn’t have and fun fact they didn’t even give me the meal. They just gave me the sandwich, no side and no drink and they only gave me one sandwich when I ordered 2. I understand working at a Minimum wage job sucks and you don’t care about it but Jesus Christ dude try harder or get another job and management HIRE BETTER PEOPLE AND FIRE THEM. Thank you.

Long time patron of this establishment. Recently they have been completely out of basic items, unable to make an original sandwich, sad. The last time the order was prepared sloppy with skimpy amounts of meat. I will no longer go to this location.

Well, I specifically asked for a medium turkey brest combo with mustard and lettuce ONLY. As I arrived at the window, the clerk asked me again to make sure I said Mustard and Lettuce only, I replied "yes sir that is correct." Well, I decided to check my sandwich and it was a LARGE sandwich, with turkey, lettuce and Barbecue sauce! WRONG!
