I get boba 1x week and feel like it’s never how I order it. She actually made my tea half sweet with light ice. In literally over a year I don’t think anyone has made it just as I asked.

Disappointing when mini boba is removed and no longer consistent with Sharetea franchise brand standards. When you remove something that differentiated yourself from the 1000 other brands out there, you lose customers. Also loyalty program is removed without any prior notice.

I was such a loyal customer to share tea in Carlton. As a 14 year old I have been going to share tea since i was 9.we would drive from my soccer tournament in garland to Carlton, just to have some boba.One day they gave me a punch card that said if I get 10 boba drinks I would get a free drink. Well a couple months later I had bought 9 drinks and thought I would get a free drink. Then they said they stopped taking the punch card a month ago. I was crushed i couldn't get a free boba drink, I was looking foward to it for a while. I basically wasted my dad's gas money for no good reason just to buy another boba drinks. What's the point of being loyal to share tea if there not loyal to you ,when I can get boba from anywhere else.

Employees go out of their way to be complicated and rude when I’m ordering. I’m not sure what her name was but she was snappy when I was asking a simple question and I got my drink slammed at the end of the counter. Idk whatever the issue is when the place was completely empty but the customer service was digesting
I got the ginger tea and they forgot to strain the ginger and I was close to choking each time I took a sip. Plus I also order leechee jelly and I never got it. I used to rave about this bobba place and left me disappointed.

I am a regular customer at Sharetea Galleria, and I always order tiger milk tea there. Today, when I went to Carrollton and wanted to get the same thing I always order, the employees were very rude, extremely unprofessional, and couldn't even understand what brown sugar boba milk tea is. I will never go back to Sharetea Carrollton.

I usually come to Sharetea to get the strawberry blended drink (yummy) but I decided to try the handmade taro with fresh milk. I have had many taro drinks before and have liked them, but this one was very bad. It tasted bitter and I couldn’t even drink half of it. Sad that I wasted $8+ on a drink like that. Other than that, the atmosphere is nice. Just don’t get the drink I got and you’ll be happy!
