I really enjoyed the cabbage and pork dumplings, they were so savory and delicious. The salt and pepper pork was also very good and so crunchy and hot. We also tried the soup dumplings and they were surprisingly sweet and savory, wasn’t expecting the sweetness, but they were delicious! My husband had spicy beef soup and enjoyed it. We will come back!

I’m on the quest to find the best beef noodle soup in Dallas. This was unfortunately not it. We ordered the beef noodle soup and the minced pork dry noodle. We ordered the mincied pork dry noodle with no spice so my daughter could try it. She loved it. I got the beef noodle soup with hot spice level and a fried egg. The beef is tender and the flavor is there but the soup is just an intense peppercorn taste, nothing else. I’d come back again just to try the other items but there are better noodle establishments in Dallas that I’d rather frequent.
I went in without knowing the place. I love it. I did my own build your own bowl with egg noodles mince meat, bokchoy and egg. First bite brought a smile to my face. Noodle is perfect with that firm soft al dente feel on how egg noodle is suppose to be. I got non spicy and I still got my surprise with the fragrance and numbing part of sechuan peppercorns- which is AWESOME! This will be a frequent stop for me when I craving Dan Dan noodle type meal or oil noodle type meal. Thank you! I started eating before I realize I need to take a picture so I can share :-).

Newly opened across the street from 99 ranch. Soup was amazing with great flavor. Loved the spice and “ma” numbing flavor. Would 10/10 come again. Wish they had some non-spice options for kids, but otherwise would highly recommend.

Very unique and delicious noodle dishes. It's Sichuan red oil noodles so it's not a typical soup
I ordered the egg noodles, with egg, minced pork, bok choy, soupy, peas, and a side of peppers with cilantro and peanuts. Tons of flavor and large portion size. The price came out to over $20 for one soup! I thought for sure I would be disappointed. But it was soo good and big I only ate half. It's rare I take one bite and promise myself I will return back!! Next time I won't order every single topping. Just bok choy, noodles, egg, and the free things.
I felt the meat is overpriced for the size but nicely flavored

Sparse and atmosphere and self service ordering made for super efficient dining experience. I like that, but what about the food? Surprisingly good. The beef was incredibly tender. Loads of flavor sauce and side dish. We’ll be back.
