I ordered via mobile and when I showed up, I was told they were out of the ingredients. Instead of cancelling or sending an email, I wasted my time to drive up there while I was in a rush. I was specifically ordering something here to be quick. And the associate just didn’t care to be honest. How are you out of both strawberries and bananas at a smoothie place? It’s laughable really.

This poor place. Every time I go something isn’t working, they don’t have change for cash or they are in a meeting (during business hours) and aren’t serving ppl. I will go elsewhere from now on.

1) The service level over this store was very slow. I stood in the drive through line for about 20-25 min and waited near the counter for about 5-10 minutes.2) I have ordered a Espresso based smoothie but I have got a smoothie with strawberry. Note even a single taste of coffee. Just diposed the smoothie as I didn't even liked it.I giving a star because it's mandatory to postm or else not even I could give a star. Very sad

Waited in the drive thru for over 30 minutes and there was only 3 cars ahead of me. IT WAS RIDICULOUS. I've never been in a drive thru line so slow. This was my first time here and definitely will be my last. The ratings speaks volume for itself... management needs to do better.

Terrible service. Don’t know what’s happening to Lewisville/ Carrollton but all businesses in this area have really gone downhill. Cash only , wrong drinks made, EXPIRED FRUITS AND VEGETABLES USED! The wait time is horrible as well. If this location is franchised it’s giving Smoothie King a bad name! Don’t go if you don’t have too.

Slow service and incompetent workers! Placed my order at the speaker, pulled around to the window and was asked what I ordered. Then while waiting at the window for my order I was asked, “did you place an order”. Nah I’m just casually hanging out at your window. Geez get it together! I waited 15 mins for 1 smoothie. THERE WAS NO ONE AHEAD OF ME OR INSIDE! Very disappointing service. I will drive to the location on N. Josey from now on.

This is probably the worst smoothie king I have ever been too. No wonder this place is always empty. We live close by and have tried to give it a chance but get disappointed EVERY SINGLE TIME. My smoothie is always either wrong or not blended fully. There is never a line when I go, sometimes I am the only one at the drive thru but it still takes 20 MINUTES to make a smoothie. Meanwhile, there is always an employee sitting down by the front door or dancing. I understand when it’s slow, employees get bored but no one should wait 20 minutes for a smoothie when you are the only one in line! I came 45 minutes before they closed one time, and said they couldn’t make me one because “they had already cleaned the machines” another time I stayed at the drive thru for like 10 minutes and no one ever acknowledged me so I had to drive up to the window to get somebody’s attention. And its not just one employee that does this, it is every single employee I have come across when I go. All different, but still horrible horrible service. We now prefer to drive an extra 10 minutes to the other smoothie king.

Ordered ahead for a banana protein smoothie and one of the new fruit bowls. None of the things I ordered were ready. Was then told then told they don’t have the ingredients for the bowl. She made my drink and it was mainly just ice. When I asked about a refund was told “oh I don’t know”.

I never write a review but after being here 10 times & the service lacking every time I would say avoid. They have very untrained staff that don't know how to make the smoothies. Avoid. Go to nearby other locations. Also always out of ingredients

They never take debit cards. Cash only. Fourth time to be exact. Smh This time, I gave the cashier $20 to pay for my 20oz drink. He gave me $10 back with no receipt. So I asked him how much was the smoothie and he says, “o yeah I forgot to give you $3”. He was the cashier with dreads who was at the register at 5:00 pm on April 26th. It took everything in me not to curse him out because he knew exactly what he was doing.
