Placed an online order and arrived at the scheduled time, only to find that my order hadn’t even been started. There were no other customers in line, yet the employee made no acknowledgment of the delay or offered any apology. Instead, I was repeatedly and aggressively told to sit down. Basic customer service and professionalism were completely lacking. If efficiency and courtesy aren’t priorities here, I’ll take my business elsewhere.

Usually this place is good, but this time it took the cashier 17 minutes to make my drink. The first time it was too thick to drink. The second time was 50% water. I asked for a refund and they decided to give it a 3rd try. She took 2 other customers orders before they finished my drink.

So refreshing and delicious. I come here a couple times a week and they make my smoothie the exact same way every single time. I avoid added sugar and they're able to modify my order to accommodate that. Friendly service. Comfortable and welcoming environment. My absolute favorite place to visit. The perfect healthy treat for any day. No powders no syrups, all fresh fruits and vegetables at a very reasonable price. Everyone should come here any time they need a treat after dinner with the family, after a good workout, or if you need a treat for your school or work event.
