Jackie is great! The smoothie is the real deal. I do not live in Carrollton but when I’m in the area for work I stop in.
Super welcoming environment, and it was great to be able to see the smoothies made in front of us. The smoothies tasted amazing!
I got the peanut butter blueberry smoothie and my mom got the post work out, and they are both delicious. The owners are super friendly and welcoming.

What a cool shop, you walk in and you see the normal stuff that you would expect to see, but there’s the drawing table and you see all the artwork on the walls done by one of the owners. The gentleman has talent and he’s pretty cool too boot.

My post-workout shake was very good. The owner is very nice and said this is a family owned establishment!
They have events with professional athletes too for meet and greet.

10/10 - Great atmosphere, Family friendly, Amazing murals, Cool artist, Chill owner ??And the most important part, my smoothie is PHENOMENAL!! I got the Ginger Berry and Hands down it’s the best smoothie I’ve had in a long time.
Needless to say, I’ll definitely be back!

Came in to buy supplememts, met Julian the owner, & Jackie Robinson the local artist who painted inside the shop, cool atmosphere, nice people. May God bless this business location, people running it their events they host, support them in their journey to help people eat and live healthy.
