I have no idea why this place have a high review. The ice itself was lack luster, no flavors at all. I got the strawberry and mango bingsu, the mango was old and dark yellow, once you take a bite you can tell it's old mango. Service was rude and rush. When I went to put my tray back at the counter, I notice 3 groups before me didn't even eat 75% of their bingsu but toss them out. Please give honest review so future customers won't lose their money for awful places. Thank you

We got the black sesame bingsu which was really good! There’s a mix of black sesame, nuts, mochi pieces, and red bean. I wish there was more red bean, but overall it was good. The wait can be quite long - we probably waited at least 20 min for it. Compared to prices nearby, this was better so I would come back.

We asked and PAID FOR extra condensed milk and got none. Our entire tab for two people and two smalls was $25. That’s an insane price for subpar service and forgetting parts of the order.

This place was definitely a no for me. The consistency of the shaved iced wasn’t good nor the quality. The manager even admitted they’d been having issues with their machine AFTER I already purchased and left the store. she also admitted it wasn’t supposed to be clumpy like how I received it. Which means what… people can get sick off your product. Wasn’t a fan and DO NOT RECOMMEND. There are other places in the area that are so much more better and have better ingredients. Now if you read any of my other reviews, versus this one…. You’ll know I’m not kidding about this. I take reviews seriously. I do not play about food, people can get really sick off certain products. And I couldn’t get my money back since I had stepped foot outside (I understand)

Coming to Snow City Cafe is a great place for some delicious Bingsoo. It is a bit of a small atmosphere so make sure to come not during peak hours. But overall a fun and yummy place for some shaved ice!

I ordered a small blueberry bingsu with cheesecake and didn't open it till I got home. When I got home, I noticed it was only filled halfway, and there was NO cheesecake.

I ordered a medium size mango and a medium size assorted fruit. I waited 30+ minutes for my order. This was 8PM on a Saturday.
Food was delicious but I wouldn’t want to waste my time with rude front staff, a long wait and no place to sit.
I used to come here often when I lived in Dallas. I was around when it first opened. It’s highly disappointing how negative the service and atmosphere has gotten.

Came here after dinner an hour before closing a few days ago, but was a bit disappointed to receive a melted and smushed bingsoo. The front staff member was a bit hostile and rude as well. I would recommend to explore other options nearby, at least during the night.

Went this morning to beat the afternoon rush and ordered a Strawberry & Mango Bingsoo to go and knew something was wrong when I put my hand under the bag and it felt like a small water balloon. I opened the bag and found a pool of milk at the bottom of the bag. When I went to take my first bite you could see how the entire thing was soaked in too much milk I wasn’t able to finish eating it because it was basically just a soup with some slushy chunks. I’ll stick to going to Sul & Beans in Frisco from now on.

I gave this place another try because the prices have steadily gone up at Wicked Snow across the street. Snow City Cafe wins out by having more size options at more affordable prices. The small size is perfect for one person and at a great price point.

Both times I have gone and gotten the Matcha bingsu, and there was an extra layer of toppings in the middle even for the small size. It's delicious and everything you'd expect from matcha bingsu. We will definitely be back!
