If I could give zero stars! I waited here for 20 minutes and never got service? all the other white people were getting their food and not one employee came out to say anything. The heavy set girl was chitchatting with someone who pulled up, the petite girl was just walking around acting dumb. If you’re not going to service anyone other than white peoples then at least say something!! I can’t believe racism still exists ?get over yourselves and your pathetic privilege!!!!

When you keep getting asked in drive-through order, Anything else? Anything else? Anything else? Before You can complete your sentence and, the order on the screen is incorrect. And you have to tell them multiple times to fix it. And they still can't get it right. And they bring out the food, and it's still incorrect. Yeah enjoy!

Sonic is always a fast and easy way to catch a bite. Their drinks have a lot of variety. The snacks are pretty good. I know it's only a snack place or a drink place because it's very unhealthy, but it does break the day up when you've been running around all day I need a quick pick me up. Our waiter was very nice and took care of business. Great place for us to stop in.

I ordered a larger chili cheese tater tot and the 1st picture is what I received. After I realized how small of an amount it was when I got to work, I went back to see if I could get it replaced the 2nd picture is the "replacement". The amount looks EXACTLY THE SAME, one is just thrown in the container while the other is strategically placed. The lady said that it was in fact a large and they measured out and that has always been the correct amount. I have NEVER received such a small amount on "large" chili cheese tot. I looked up a 2nd location, thank God it was like 5 minutes away. I ordered a large chili cheese tot, and the 3rd picture is what I received. Why are all of the locations using the same exact measurements to minimize confusion. I'm so confused, how can I get the same item from 2 different locations with different measurements within a matter of minutes of ordering after/before each other?

I don't know what has happened to this Sonic over the past couple of months. Everyone has always been friendly with fast service. Everyone there is still very nice and helpful. However, the last few times we have gone there for food, it has taken a long time to get our order. The young lady is very nice and apologetic when she brings the order out. The service is not bad enough to warrant us going to another location. I'm hoping maybe it's just the time of year and will improve after the holidays.
The carhop was very nice, ordering was easy, food out quickly, BUT is it standard for the wraps to be barely larger than a ranch cup for some reason? It's almost comedic.

Understaffed location with unreliable stalls. Fortunately, our carhop did a great job in spite of being by herself. She was gracious and apologetic, and she worked hard to take care of all her customers.

My daughter is recovering from Covid and has regained her appetite. Her request for a chili cheese coney seemed reasonable so I drove to this location to pick one up and take it home. It was brought out fairly quickly, but when I arrived home we found it bore an odd resemblence to tater tots covered in cheese. No meat or chili could be found. The bun was also conspicuous in its absence. I didn't return for a replacement, I've found it unwise to complain to people who prepare your food unseen. I simply went elsewhere, and won't bother with this location again.
