It doesn’t seem like they pay close attention to app orders. Doesn’t matter what sauce I ask for or how many I request, they never include it or just give me one. I liked that the app let you pick how many sauces you want, but I guess they never look at that at this location. Never had that issue at other Sonics. Any customized/modified orders I put in on the app are typically wrong as well. I loved that this location was close to my work, but after having an issue on every visit I think I’ll drive elsewhere.

Shawn did super good taking our order and he was kind and professional. Although the manager denied to put us Coke when we complained about 3/4 of the cup being just ice and she made us pay for that. We asked to go to the restroom and found 3 roaches close to kitchen door. Easy like that we will not come back to this location and we do NOT RECOMMEND.

We absolutely adore Camryn at this Sonic location! Her energy is so bright and uplifting—she has a way of turning any bad day into a great one. She always takes the time to notice and compliment something small about you, which makes every visit feel personal and special. We honestly come to this location just for her!
She even remembers our dog, Delilah, and always greets her with the same joy she gives us. Delilah loves seeing her too! Tamara is truly one of a kind, and Sonic is lucky to have her.
