Go to this location daily….never had an issue UNTIL tonight . Ordered my food thru the app arrived entered stall #on app…kept getting error message (it’s 1030pm) so it shows the store phone # . I call a male answers phone with Hello then hangs up immediately so I call right back this time he says Sonic..I gave him my name and app order and he said ok …a younger male brings my order to me and while handing me my last item he starts giggling and says “my boss said u could have just pressed the red button and I said EXcUSE me? And he repeated himself ….well call me a germaphob if u want but I have never seen one employee ever clean anything on the Sonic menu..EVER!!!! So I replied tell ur boss “ that he is not MY boss and should be thanking me for purchasing from from that location “” it’s Ok for bosses to express gratitude to their customers instead of being negative to them “ bad bosses equal bad employees equals no business so no bosses needed right???

This sonic had EXCELLENT customer service. I called 15 minutes prior to showing up to ensure I could get 13 gift cards for my students for their last day of school TOMORROW. Andre picked up the phone very politely and understood how important it was to ensure that their inventory had enough gift cards! He was very pleasant and efficient once I arrived to the location and even nicely packaged each gift card for each student! Camryn also was very kind when delivering the cards to my car and apologized for the slight wait, which I told her was no problem at all for their excellent customer service!I had just left the belt line Addison location, where I was told that they had the gift cards, but when I got to the drive thru window, I was told by the manager that they actually ran out. I was so disappointed and inconvenienced. I’m so grateful that I was able to come to this Carrollton location at the last minute even though this location was a further drive. I will always choose this location over the belt line Addison location!
