I recently visited Sonics and had the pleasure of being assisted by Jay. His customer service was outstanding—he was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect with my order. I use the app to order my food on the way to this location and it is ready within a minute of getting there and checking in. The carhops are always cheery when they come out and make the whole experience very smooth.

This sonic had EXCELLENT customer service. I called 15 minutes prior to showing up to ensure I could get 13 gift cards for my students for their last day of school TOMORROW. Andre picked up the phone very politely and understood how important it was to ensure that their inventory had enough gift cards! He was very pleasant and efficient once I arrived to the location and even nicely packaged each gift card for each student! Camryn also was very kind when delivering the cards...
