I think its time this location steps back and takes a hard look at the attitude of some of the staff and the quality of the product they are serving.
The last 3 times we have been here we have had some not so friendly service and drinks are poorly made with wrong ingredients or wayyy too much ice. Instead of adding more ice to drinks should consider using more product. $7.50 for a cup of ice with 5 sips of liquid will send us to another location until things resolve.
Today I ordered an iced hazelnut oat milk shaken espresso and there was inch left to fill up to the top.
Spent $56 here today, left and went to the location at Tom Thumb and reordered the same thing.

I can say it's a pretty location but the staffs attitude is very ugly. The drinks are inconsistent which is okay we are all humans but dare I ask the barista to re make my drink. They act like they are perfect and start giving me advice on how to order my drink, I ordered it the same way the week before.. like a said very inconsistent. If you pay almost $10 for a coffee and it doesn't taste right.. of course there needs to be a remake. Or should I spend another $10 another coffee shop for no reason 🤔

I get the same drink every day on my way to work and I wish it tasted consistent. I’d say that’s a poor service
Edit: Corporate reached out and eventually gave me a refund after investigation. Good customer support.
Pros: Nice storefront with patio seating. Interior is clean and modern.

This is by far the worst Starbucks I’ve been to. Every time I come here, someone has messed up my order. When I ask for add-on with a bigger cup they tell me they can’t do that even though I’m already paying $1.50 more!! If I’m paying $9 for a damn cup, it best be to my satisfaction!! I honestly don’t know why I keep coming here!! I’d rather travel to a Starbucks that’s going to be understanding than one that’s too worried about measurements when my coffee costs as much as it does!! I buy a lot from Starbucks for YEARS!!! I won’t come back to this one anymore!! I’m sick of them!
Worst starbucks i’ve ever been to. Tried ordering through drive through and the girl at the speaker was super rude all because i asked her if the 2 for $10 deal was only for fall drinks. She said she didn’t know and to look it up on my app, I was at the drive through speaker for about 2 minutes trying to look for it and couldn’t find any details on it so i told her i would just come back around. How can you work at starbucks and not know such a simple detail ?? Less than a minute later i come back around after confirming that the 2 for $10 deal is for all drinks and i order, when i get to the window she charges me regular price for both drinks and not the 2 for $10 deal, she went out of her way to not give me the discount when she knew i had just asked her about the deal not even 2 minutes prior to that . On top of that, they have literal CAMERAS where they can see every customer that comes through the drive through. To make matters worse, one of my drinks was wrong. I wish I knew her name, all i know is she had eyebrow piercings, darkish hair and blue eyes. I worked at starbucks for almost 2 years and the difference in service and character that i saw at my store is insanely different from this location.

The attention of the girls 100/100 I frequently like to visit Starbucks, my family likes to delight in the tomato and basil breads ? and the grill cheese sandwich ?????? OMG from another world. The desserts have a particular charm! I recommend the lemon cake, blueberry, ask them to do you the favor of warming it up for a few seconds, and enjoy ?

I ordered a tall-sized iced coffee, and as shown in the picture, it had a full cup of ice with it. After only a few sips, the coffee was gone, and here is the full cup of ice left. I didn't ask for extra ice at all. Just feel like I paid $5.9 for a full cup of ice.

I don't get what makes this store so incompetent. I order no ice in my drink, and get extra ice. When I order a white mocha which is supposed to get whipped cream, they omit it. What does it take for them to get my drink made correctly? I don't want to see an automated reply below saying to reach out to customer service because I have already done that. I am so frustrated!

I have been to this Starbucks location multiple times and EVERY TIME they get my order wrong or give me someone else’s order. Not once have they got it right.

I went to this Starbucks yesterday for breakfast to finally use the gift card I got for my birthday. When I went to pay, I physically gave them my Starbucks card and told them that they would have to enter the number on the back of the card because my card had gotten wet, so the edges around the bar were crumbly. The person in charge yesterday said that they can't enter numbers because the owner told us "we can't enter the numbers because of possible theft". I asked what do you mean theft? I told the lady that I could understand what she said if I just gave her a bunch of numbers without my card, but she literally had my card in her hand and could clear see the numbers. So I left the drive-through and went to a different Starbucks that used their common sense, saw the card, and understood. Very poor customer service.
