First time going to this location and was very impressed! I believe the person that took my order was named Chad. Very great at what he does. There was about 5 cars ahead of me but I placed my order and had my drink in hand in under 5 minutes. The whole experience was quick but pleasant. The drink was made perfectly! I wish the lavender latte wasn't just seasonal because it is such an amazing drink. Will definitely be going back to this location!

Starbucks has gone downhill in terms of product. All of my drinks lately have been watered down and worthless. I stopped going, but they were the only ones opened on Christmas, so I tried again. Disappointed.

The drinks and food were delicious, but 10/10 to Lainey (I apologize if I got your name wrong) in the drive thru who went out of her way to bring a smile to my husband’s face while he is in the hospital recovering. Thank you for making today easier to bare! I am grateful for you and the amazing customer service. ❤️

I have been coming to this Starbucks for almost 5 months every Tuesday and Thursday. Normally they are super nice and the drinks come out great. They even started to know my order as soon as I got to the drive-thru. Today the one time I had a question about a drink a gentleman was extremely rude and even cut off the other employee that was trying to explain it to me. THEY WERE NOT BUSY and I only asked 2 questions. We were the only ones in line. I have never been treated like that at a Starbucks. Will not be coming here again.

Drive thru appeared to be very busy due to my arrival around rush hour (5pm). But they were extremely efficient and I was out in less than 10 minutes. Great job, Starbucks Staff.
