Absolutely love this Starbucks! Stopped in for a Caramel Macchiato and was perfect. The coffee was rich and smooth, with just the right amount of sweetness. My food came out warm and fresh. The baristas were super friendly, quick with service, and kept the place spotless. Definitely my go-to coffee spot! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Came here to sip coffee and work for an hour…. Employees Turned the lights out in the sitting area 15 mins before closing. I could barely see to pack up my tablet and charger. Just rude. I would prefer a polite reminder and an enlightened exit strategy.

I am a frequent customer at Starbucks , and this store at Old Denton & Frankford Rd. in Carrollton is always busy, as expected from its prime location. The staff are friendly, hardworking, and I can see how dedicated they are.

However, the interior feels very outdated — the tables, furniture, window coverings, pictures, and overall layout are old, and the chairs are very uncomfortable. It doesn’t make me want to stay for long.

I hope this store can be remodeled soon to provide a more comfortable and inviting atmosphere.

I can’t drive due to a disability and I order Starbucks delivery thru DoorDash weekly.
This Starbucks used to do a wonderful job.
But in the last month they have forgotten part of my order twice.
I called the store and they acknowledged part of my order was still setting there.
I was told they were training new people.
The second time it happened I left my phone number and asked that the store manager call me.
Management never returned my call.
Today August 30th I ordered from them again.
I ordered a Venti Pumpkin Spice Latte it was horrible it had no pumpkin flavor to it at all and it was very bitter.
Who ever is in charge of training people at this store is doing a horrible job.

Tell me why I have to sit in drive-through for 20 minutes for one car in front of me to get a pink drink and too much drinks. By the time I got my order. My drink was melted.

I always nice to chill at Starbucks, but went there recently and the girl at the register couldn't pay attention and was talking on the mic with the other workers and wasn't job related.

As a regular customer, I’m disappointed to leave this review. The drinks here are often inconsistent due to human error which I completely understand as a barista myself who works at a local cafe. However, there’s a preventable issue that has become increasingly frustrating.

I always explicitly request 3 pumps of syrup, and the barista taking my order acknowledges this every time. Yet, on several occasions, my drink has been made with 6 pumps instead. After paying $7 daily for a drink, this repeated mistake feels avoidable.

The issue seems to stem from the label printer. Even though the barista taking my order inputs the correct details, the label rarely shows the number of pumps. This means that when the cafĆ© gets busy, it becomes harder for the baristas to keep track of customization details, and the barista making the drink doesn’t always receive the correct information when communicating with each other during busy hours. This is a process oversight that could easily be resolved.

I don’t often leave critical reviews but as a loyal customer, I hope this feedback can help improve communication between staff and ensure consistent quality.

My order was $24 and I was missing my butter crossaint and didn’t notice until I had drove off. I couldn’t return because I was going to be late for work. I am disappointed seems like service is not how it used to be. I tried calling the stores multiple times and no answer. What an inconvenience

Went to this location this past Friday and one of the baristas was very rude and aggressive when we told her that some of the drinks were made wrong. She was very unprofessional and made us very uncomfortable.
