I always like to order hot chocolate in different Starbucks. This store’s hot chocolate tastes like chocolate flavored hot water. Staff was friendly and the store environment is clean. Good place for hangout but bad hot chocolate.

Clean, friendly staff, clean bathrooms. Order didn’t take long, was correct, and it was very chill. Not overly crowded for a Saturday afternoon, clean building, and nice patio area. Everyone got a chai latte, matcha lavender, butter croissant, and cinnamon coffee cake. All good.Parking: Parking spots right in front, free parking.

I was there last Monday because my son wanted madeleines. I believe it is $2.64 I did not bring my cell phone and used my debit card to buy one madeleines. Later I found that $90.85 was charged. I visited the store to find out what happened. Worker did not have access to my transaction from last week and wanted me to contact Starbucks. I called them and since I did not use the app they could not track my transaction. The only way to solve this issue is to dispute the transaction from the bank. What a mess.

Not sure how you guys train your workers here.. this one girl with a blonde hair decided to turn the lights off for the store when we were still inside at 8PM on Friday the 27th. And had the audacity to laugh at our face forcing us to leave when they close at 8:30. I understand it’s 30 minutes but i know for a fact that there’s a better way to handle this (like informing us they close in 30 minutes). Not sure if she’s even trained for customer service.
