Ordered a sandwich and then i remembered my coworker is allergic to some of the contents of this sandwich. They had cut the bun in half and toasted it by now. I asked that they please cancel that sanwich and make me another. Lady behind the register said “no, we will not make you another sandich” “you asked for this sanwich at the biggining of the line, you will pay for this one.” No thanks, i did not buy anything. Get yourself another job, you should not be anywhere dealing with buying customers. This happened 09/09/24 @ 11:55am. Location on 2145 N. Josey Ln. #112. Complaint to BBB on its way.

This location, first off why have a phone if you’re not going to answer it!! I called all day and night no answer!!!Next, your food made my daughter and SEVERAL other students violently SICK. ? yes FOOD POISONING!! All ended up in the ER. Now I don’t know what kind of refrigeration system you have or if it’s just not a sanitary location and the manager doesn’t care for the safety of its customers and employees. Be careful where you eat! My daughter is still very ill. Not a happy mother!!

I will never return to this store again! Not only did they not make my sandwich the right way. I ordered one with extra meat and normally they put on the meat. But not this store. If you don’t have enough meat then just say call me or refund my damn money. Everything can be avoided if people just communicate. Like crap it’s not hard! When I called to ask to either make a new one or return my money. No one answered my calls and I have called over 10 times trying to get ahold of someone. Clearly no one wants to answer their phones or even the person at the end of the receipt. Don’t leave your number on crap if you’re not gonna answer the damn phone.

I don't do this often but, suddenly, all the low reviews for your restaurant make sense. I come to this Subway because it's the most conveniently located to my home. I ordered a head online. I arrived at the location 20min later, go inside, pick up my order- no hiccups. I get home...hiccup.

I ordered 2 of the sweet onion subs, but I ordered them with different builds. When I get home, both subs were built exactly the same. 1 had ingredients I didn't want, and was missing ingredients. The other was ordered with extra protein that wasn't on the sandwich. I took them back to the restaurant to be remade and everything went wrong from there.

I gave both sandwiches back to the employee (Yamera). She never looked at the sandwiches; instead she immediately begin to argue with me that they were made correctly. Why would I be back if they were? She refused to remake the sandwiches. She even refused to add the missing ingredients to the 1 sub. She was not helpful at all. I chose to leave instead of arguing with her. As I'm leaving, she says to me "thank you for letting me make it right." She made nothing right.

No manager was present, so there was no one else to talk to. This was overall frustrating. You only have 2 jobs; to make the orders right and provide good customer service. This team did neither.

I continue to go to this location because of Natalia she has great customer service and always makes my sandwich perfect. The manager is soooo rude and throws your sandwich together!
Go to this location ask for Natalia to make it!

I paid for double meat +3 and just because I ordered a pick up and cannot see how much meat your putting in, it does not mean your customers are stupid. Why are charge double meat when you only gonna put normal portion? Frigging theives. I am putting a claim to the franchise.

My daughter and I stopped by and were the only customers in the store. Two employers were working on an order, and we waited patiently. We stood there for at least 3 - 4 minutes with no interaction. They never acknowledged us. They didn't even bother to say anything as we walked out. Took my business elsewhere where they have the courtesy to at least say we will be with you in a moment.

Went in to get sandwich, and was never told they couldn't toast it, and turned around to fill cup. Wasn't given a receipt, and called back TEN times to not get an answer. This is the 3rd time I have an issue with this store. It was a waste of time and money. The flatbread is powdery when not toasted, amd the egg was COLD. It's gross, and all that money went STRAIGHT into the trash.

My order was ready when I got there. The staff were courteous. They didn’t skimp on any of the ingredients and my sub was made exactly as I’d asked.

Good food with generous portions. Staff were courteous, but limited English caused some confusion. I recommend having a Spanish speaker in your group.
