They jacked up their prices and made the sandwiches smaller. The 6 in was a quarter of a footlong. I wont be going back for that price.

After searching for a subway with an operational toaster (the Subway at the Walmart Supercenter at Midway and LBJ was not working; the Addison Subway at Belt Line and Marsh was closed), I stopped at this, my third location. I waited in line; two other customers were in front of me. Once they were taken care of, I ordered four footlongs. The attendant asked me to wait, saying she was going to take care of the customer behind me. She did not want him to wait. I rejected her argument, and she insisted on helping him and having me wait. So I grabbed my five-year-old, and I had to explain to him that the employees don't appreciate our business. And we decided never in our lives to buy Subway.

THIS IS INSANE!!!!!!! HOW DO YOU HIRE AN EMPLOYEE WHO CAN’T SPEAK ENGLISH AT AN AMERICAN NATIONAL RESTAURANT. I PAYED FOR MY ORDER AND WHEN IT WAS READY I WENT TO THE LOCATION TO PICK IT UP. WHEN I ARRIVED THE GUY CAN’T SPEAK NO ENGLISH AND HE’S USING GOOGLE TRANSLATE TO TRY AND COMMUNICATE WITH ME AND IT’S NOT WORKING. HE TELLS ME THE ORDER I PLACED FOR THE DORITOS FOOTLONG IS NO LONGER AVAILABLE. SO I ASK HIM FOR A REFUND AND HE SAY NO. SO I CALL THE POLICE TO HELP TRANSLATE I NEED A REFUND. UNSUCCESSFUL BECAUSE THE OFFICER DOESN’T SPEAK SPANISH EITHER. WHAT A NIGHTMARE!!!!!!!!! I’M PISSED OFF THAT I PAID AND CAN’T GET A REFUND BECAUSE HE DON’T SPEAK ENGLISH IN AN ENGLISH COUNTRY. DONALD TRUMP PLEASE FIX THIS LAW THAT IN ORDER TO WORK IN AN AMERICAN ESTABLISHED RESTAURANT AT LEAST YOU HAVE TO SPEAK ENGLISH AS AN EMPLOYEE. I CALLED THE MANAGER LISTED ON THE RECEIPT AND SHE DON’T ANSWER HER PHONE EITHER AFTER CALLING 6 times to help her employee that she left all alone unable to speak English. I CALLED SEVERAL LOCATIONS IN THE AREA AND EVERYONE WHO WORKS FOR SUBWAY ONLY SPEAK SPANISH😡

Got online order wrong
This location is a joke. You hire someone who cannot speak English and do not have someone working with them that can speak English. So when we call to talk about the problem they answer but do not respond because they cannot speak English so the husband goes up to get answers. We ordered $32 worth of food through the Subway app and want it delivered. Come to find out they use door dash, well when the dasher doesn't deliver the food and I contact them they lie out of their ass about delivering. I call door dash and they can't help because they don't have the payment or order information. So I look up the ways to get it resolved and subway says to go back to the location for the best assistance. Well the person working refused to give a refund or remake our food. So now we are out of $32 and no damn food. This right here is why everyone needs to speak English in an English speaking country not to mention have the proper training to fix issues. We will never be back and hope many other don't go here either!

It took these two so long to figure out what is in the sandwich posted on their own sign, that my sandwich is stone cold because they can’t READ. !
I work across the street at the DMV and come to frequent this place often for lunch today.I ordered a 6-inch chicken salad sandwich, the young lady helping me first mistake she used her hands to scoop what was left of the chicken salad out of the container. then she tried to add chicken that is used for their rotisserie sandwich and put mayonnaise on it. I was not happy with the service today at all because while I was trying to explain to her that what she was doing was unsanitary and it was just not the right and proper thing to do then. I realized she nor her co-worker could speak English. Either make more chicken or say you are out but to cross contaminate food dangerous.

Phenomenal. This is the only location in years that actually pays attention to sandwich customizations done online. My husband and I are blown away with how good these sandwiches are! We'll be back!

The only employee in the store, can not speak 1 word of English. Has ro point at the meat, because he doesn't understand. Our order tonight was made with what seems to be day old bread. I could use it as a door stop.Store #6688-0 in Carrollton of Beltline at Josey. $34.14 for non edible sandwiches.

the guy closed the store 20 minutes before 10
Javier refused to refund my money and remake my food. Everything about the order was wrong, in addition to being 25 minutes late to make my call ahead order. I went back to the store to try to get my order corrected, he refused to let me talk to the manager. Instead, the manager told him to tell me to come back to this raggedy location tomorrow for a refund. He flat out refused to remake the order. I can't tell you how much restraint it took to not tear this store apart. Nobody speaks English. Complete headache.

Not sure what the problem is here for other customers (other than the high prices, but that has nothing to do with the food, quality or employees). We ordered two foot longs. Everything was perfect. Sandwiches were delicious. So, I recommend this location. Mostly, I think people just like to complain about everything. Seriously.
