This location is always finding new ways to scam. The latest is not putting cheese on online orders.
Check your orders and check your reciepts when you go into the store as well as they will knowingly ring up and try to sneakily charge you for a higher priced sandwich.

Would not recommend this subway, not the cleanest and if you want Tea forget it they don't have it. The first subway that I've been to that don't serve tea.

My foot long sandwich had a long black hair deep inside the sandwich, and sadly I did not notice until towards the end :(. I know things happen but just FYI. I tried to call the store but it goes straight to voicemail that’s “full” and can’t take any calls, so I am leaving this here.

I was charged 1.75 for veggies on my turkey sandwich. The veggies were lettuce tomatoes olives cucumbers bell pepper. Not sure if it’s just this location or all subways. Never again.

I come to this location once or twice a month, the service is usually pretty good. This one is a bit more expensive than the one on the Hebron intersection so I come to this one for convenience sake.
Today, their AC is broken. Which is okay, it happens, my food service location has had the AC freeze over multiple times. It got to about 91°F in the kitchen and the store sat at 85°F for a few days. This Subway was 100% hotter than the kitchen with multiple burners and boiling water going just in the Subway lobby. It is definitely above 90°F inside, stuffy, and their ceiling fans provide very poor airflow,
With how high the heat is inside just their lobby, it is dangerously hot. The employees, who are a wide age range, really should not be working for multiple hours while it is that hot inside this location. In my position, I would absolutely eat the cost and send employees home and close shop until the AC is fixed, if it feels hotter than the kitchen I work in, then it is reasonable to conclude it is getting close to dangerously hot to be in for multiple hours.
With this coming week's weather being over 100F forecast, please do not have the employees to work in that heat to protect their health if this is an AC problem that will take some time to fix.

Worst subway experience I am telling everyone not to go to this subway even if it's nearby customer service is totally zero and she was so aggressive like I wanted to redeem my points and she just doesn't redeemed that I usually order veggie patty footlong and my order is usually around 11 dollars and after redeeming my 4 dollars points she told me my order total is 10$ how's that even possible I am telling you you will literally have a bad experience in customer service

BEWARE of meat portions. Bought two footlongs: 1) tuna and 2) chicken bacon ranch. I opened both and couldn't tell which was which bc of the lack of meat. Both subs appeared to have about 75% less meat than usual. I will not be ordering from this location again.
