Asked about coupon said need open the account and order online, I sat there and order by account was BOGO FL The both employees got talked to each other for my order and the one start keep itching on his wrist and look at me and my daughter. They mess up my order. If you have have camera checkout them.
Never go back to this location.

Stopped by Subway for a quick bite, and it did the job. The food and atmosphere were pretty normal, nothing extraordinary, but the service really stood out. Staff was friendly, and my order was prepared fast without any mistakes. Perfect spot if you’re looking for a quick, no-fuss meal on the go.

i ordered a sandwich and i asked for a little more lettuce on the left side, and i asked for a little more jalapeno, they 're charge the extra $ 1.75 for more vege. then you shouldn't tell the customer that you have extra money to pay from the beginning. i 've never seen a subway like this where you cheat on customers. i will report this store.

Just raise the price on the veggie subway. First you put 4 bell peppers when asked to put little more charged me $1.75 worst location never going back. Worst is the attitude that I got from the lady working there. Talk in English so we can understand. Didn’t mansion they will charge extra otherwise I would have left shore the extra charge on the receipt.

My girlfriend decided to stop by on her way home as we have a free 6” sub with purchase of a footlong coupon, and a gift card to subway. Upon the completion of the order, and proceeding to pay, she was informed that her coupon would not be accepted, and that no Carrollton location would accept her coupon. That is ridiculous, as there is no clear signage stating that this SUBWAY location would not accept SUBWAY coupons. After this devastating news and the reality of now having to pay for an extra sub, she went to use the gift card, and it didn’t scan through. Instead of manually inputting the cards numbers and pin, also located on the very card she handed them, the employee(s) denied her form of payment, and said it was not valid and that they wouldn’t be manually inputting it. I’m sorry, but as someone who has worked in the service industry for a decade, I’ve never once been unable to input a gift card. This speaks volumes as to the management and owner of this establishment, and I’d prefer to take my business elsewhere, where they will actually accept our legitimate forms of payment.

Get your phone fixed!!

The food is pretty much the same from store to store and is very disappointing over what they were just 5 years ago. The meat is almost non-existent these days. Two foot long sandwiches and two drinks were $29. That is just stupid considering the lack of substance you actually receive.

The service is good, the store is very clean. Good parking. But that's the only high points.

This location is always finding new ways to scam. The latest is not putting cheese on online orders.
Check your orders and check your reciepts when you go into the store as well as they will knowingly ring up and try to sneakily charge you for a higher priced sandwich.

Would not recommend this subway, not the cleanest and if you want Tea forget it they don't have it. The first subway that I've been to that don't serve tea.

My foot long sandwich had a long black hair deep inside the sandwich, and sadly I did not notice until towards the end :(. I know things happen but just FYI. I tried to call the store but it goes straight to voicemail that’s “full” and can’t take any calls, so I am leaving this here.

Worst Subway ever. High prices, no cupons accepted, extra charge if you add all veggies no guacamole, and restrooms are always unavailable. NEVER coming back to this place.
