I am big Subway advocate and love the sandwich, but this location was very disappointing. First, the food quality was subpar—the bread was stale, the vegetables didn’t seem fresh, and the sandwich was poorly made. It definitely didn’t meet the usual Subway standard.
To make matters worse, they refused to accept Subway coupon that I received in mail. If Subway advertises these deals, locations should honor them! The staff didn’t offer any explanation or alternative, which was frustrating. I won’t be returning to this location anytime soon.

Aldo is a sandwich artist by all definitions! He truly takes his time and makes sure it not only tastes good but looks amazing as well!
They won’t accept coupons and the soda fountain is out of service. Ending up spending more than I expected.

A female worker, who looks around 50 years old and spoke Spanish, kept talking on her phone phone although I was waiting to order. To make matters worse the sandwich is not regular food but only salt. I could not eat, so I could but threw it into trashcan!!! Terrible place where I have ever been!

No subway coupons accepted. No fountain drink working. You have to buy bottle water or soda. This is against the subway policy. The worker told the owner Parkash prohibited the coupons.

Hispanic lady got my order wrong. Also just bad atmosphere. Never had an issue getting my order right before. Even gave a tip. I worked at subway, it’s not hard bro

The staff is very pleasant. The restrooms are well kept. I drive out of my way just to eat at this specific location because of the food quality and service received. Highly recommended!!

Just found a long piece of hair in my sandwich.No hairnets worn by anyone. Have to throw away $40 worth of food now. Absolutely disgusting.Update (5/10): Spoke with “Randy” and after explaining what happened she responded “we can’t do anything about it and you have to call customer service since it’s a digital order” instead admitting to not wearing hair nets. She wouldn’t provide me a manager or owners information. Neglectful and also said that I “should’ve have brought the food for proof”???? As if I was going to dig food out of the trash to prove that their employees hair is in our food. I even showed a picture and she just laughed it off with her co worker.DEFINITELY REPORTING TO CARROLLTON CITY HALL, BBB, and SUBWAY HQ.Don’t eat at this establishment especially since NO ONE WEARS HAIR NETS.Update (5/10): Sanitary went to the location and cited them for their uncleanliness and unhygienic handling of food and educated them to wear hairnets. I doubt they’ll follow. Just be careful when they are making your food and remind them to wear hairnets….

We received some coupons for Subway and my husband went to the Subway on Josey Lane in Carrollton, placed the order and gave the coupon to the employee. The employee said "We don't take Subway coupons." What?? He said only Frisco and some other location took them. In addition to that, he made the completely wrong sandwich. Ordered a #20 Chicken Rotisserie and when we opened it at home it was an Italian Sub. Not even close.

Why is the prep station covered with a steel partition? The entire point of going to places like Subway is for the customer to customize their order on the spot. Seems like a ploy to prevent customers from requesting customizations.

Such a rude women. She use to work at the old Denton location, I literally stop going there because of her and now they moved her to this location. I won’t return to this location now. Probably the worst customer service I’ve ever had. I don’t know her name since she never wears her name tag. I think they she just remove her. They will just keep losing customers if she continues to work at the chains.Update: the lady wasn’t there anymore and Aldo is nice and efficient??
