I came to this location a few times before posting a review. This may be the best Subway I have been to in years. I am usually here for lunch. The customer service is pretty good and the service is superb.

this review is for the Indian lady who prepared my sandwich today. If you cannot understand the simple request of which veggies to be put into my sandwich and on top of that be extremely rude by throwing the wrong veggies from my sandwich back into the bins, please go find another job.

The young woman taking orders here in the evening is extremely rude. She frowned and responded irritably just because she didn’t understand my order. I don’t understand why I should pay my money only to be treated as the target of her bad mood. I will definitely not be returning.

I think something is wrong with their food, maybe spoiled or something. I’ve had a bad stomach ever since eating it earlier today and I ate nothing else. And my stomach is not sensitive at all!!

Thought all subways automatically put extra cheese on your sandwiches? My mom is an area supervisor for 12 subways in the DFW area the guy that owns all 35 them follows all the new things that subway comes out with. Just honestly curious why this one doesn’t?

Burn after Listening

My sandwich had a spider in it, it was still alive too. When I tried to call they wouldn’t answer the phone and did nothing to fix the situation. It was in the sandwich with the lettuce, it went onto the paper and that’s when I was able to take a photo.

I don't get why this Subway location has such bad reviews. It's actually a good Subway, and that's saying something considering most Subway locations are really bad—like, roaches-inside-them bad. But seriously, I think the bad reviews come from people getting mad they don't accept coupons. What a bunch of babies.

In all seriousness, this location is actually good. The ingredients are fresh, and the sandwiches taste great. The staff are pretty cool too; they understand exactly what you're talking about, even if you describe things in your own way. The prices are fair, which is surprising since they’re usually inflated by franchise owners. Plus, this place is clean, unlike most other Subways that are usually filthy. So, in other words, this Subway definitely earns itself five stars.

This use to be my go to subway. Not anymore. The staff is rude, if you don’t like your job. Find something else… it’s that simple!

I placed an online order before 9:30pm, Subway charged me, then I was told by the Subway employees that they couldn't make my order because the order was placed at 9:25pm. I had to leave without my sandwiches that Subway charged me for. I even showed them that the $ came out of my account already.

All their meat and cheese choices are covered so you can’t see how much meat they put in your sandwich. I asked for two kind of cheeses and they wanted to charge extra. When you cover up your station so customers can’t see you making the sandwich that’s very suspicious . I Will drive to a further subway where there is transparency
