The girls and I were looking for a breakfast spot close to our hotel. We were starving and everything on the menu looked amazing - it was hard to select only one dish. I was drooling over the Barbeque Tostada Benedict special, but unfortunately I do not eat red meat. The person who ordered it said it was amazing. A couple of the ladies were raving about the corned beef hash and the watermelon mimosas. I had a cinnamon tres leche pancake - OMG so heavenly!! My only complaint is that our coffee cups ran empty a couple of times. Would love to visit this location again when I am back in town.

Came here for a quick breakfast. It was in the area and saw they had great reviews and decided to give it a try. We were sat down quickly and attended to buy Crystal who was pretty amazing and gave us great service. We really appreciate when we’re able to get fast and quicker especially when we have the Toddler eating with us. The food what is delivered quickly less than 10 minutes from the time that we ordered, the food was fresh tasty and definitely hit the spot. It was so cute. They had options for dinosaur pancakes and French toast. I chose the Sunny St., Benedict, which was really good but I did not care for the feta cheese but that’s just me. Really appreciate the great service ! Will definitely be back if we’re in this area again.Kid-friendliness: Love the kids menu and accommodations
Kids pancakes comes with bacon and added eggs. Pancake was bigger than expected and super fluffy.We also had the sunny street Benedict with hash brown and last but not least the meat lovers combo with grits. The ham bacon and sausage was cooked to perfection. Added some cheese to the grits that were nice and thick. Also can't go wrong with the English muffin. Crystal was my server she was concise, super friendly and very efficient along with great food recommendations. Looking forward to coming back and trying more delicious food. Oh and the blueberry lemon muffin was da bomb!

Eggs benedict with spinach and grits as a side dish were excellent!
Food was pretty good, grits are very watery, your average menu items, nothing blew me away but everybody cleared their plate. All in all pretty good, coffee is yum!

This place is INCREDIBLE. I am typing this in the parking lot because my experience was that wonderful, I just had to let people know. Not only was the food AMAZING but the workers here are truly great. From being seated, to having any questions, to making a big mess on the table with my coffee, down to even calculating what my total was after the tip so I didn’t have to do the math myself. Love this place and will make sure to continue to go back. Wonderful, wonderful people work here!

Food fell a little short. Although, the apple cider mimosa was great. Our waitress was amazing and the restaurant was very clean.
This was our 1st time eating here, and it did not disappoint! Our waitress was so nice and friendly and the food here is on point! I got the Big Bite Breakfast and my friend got the King CFS plus we split an order of the Cinnamon Roll Pancakes. 100% recommended the Cinnamon Roll Pancakes. All our food was delicious but those Cinnamon Roll Pancakes were perfect!! We each had one glass of the Bellini too and I would recommend that as well. Over all, we had a great experience and will be back soon!
