You’d think your asking them to do long division. Ordered one thing got another and asked to please get what I ordered and then got attitude. The second time was my fault because when I got home it was wrong again. Good luck to them. Hope they do well in life. They’re going to need it.

I walked in to pick up an order and no one is working the front counter. The lady even looked at me and continued to do what she was doing. So I asked is anyone working the counter? All the staff responded to me one minute one minute and continued to stock lettuce and other items. Horrible service!!!!!! Someone from management needs to inform this team customers at the counter have first priority over stocking items.

1745, 12/17/24, 2nd drive through visit, this crew is horrible, 2nd time my order was incorrect, paid for higher priced items, was given lower priced items.
Unfortunately you cannot stop and check the order in your vehicle on the go.
Nope.
Never again.
No more Taco Bell.

Order here maybe once or twice a month. Tonight I ordered something and substituted beef for chicken and paid the up charge. Got home with my food and found that the beef was still beef! This is not okay. It clearly states chicken and not beef on the the sticker. This isn't okay. This is not the first time. The last 2 times I've drove back for them to fix the mistake but this time I'm just too tired honestly. Refund the extra charge and we'll call it even. It's a crunch wrap supreme so I would have to pull it open to see if it's right while in my car in the drive thru. It was in a box with other things so this would be a nightmare plus it would mess up the whole thing and it would get cold so it should have just been correct to begin with. And yes the other one was also beef. So basically we paid extra for nothing. We also asked for no ice in our drinks and the girl said ok. And then when they were handed to us they were full of ice. We were in the drive thru and just wanted to get home. These are simple things that aren't hard to accommodate. Oh and to top it off my drinking was watery something but not what I ordered. The drink I ordered is a pinkish red color. Clearly not the right thing. This was like melted ice with no a hint of nothing.

When did Taco Bell put in kiosks and refuse to wait on people? That's what happened today when I went to this location. The prices are horrendously high. It's been 6 years since I last visited a taco bell and I will definitely go bace.

Everyone at this Taco Bell is so cool. Always nice with speedy service. Only complaint: I don't usually get the extra sauce I order. It wouldn't bother me, but 80 cents for some nacho cheese it a lot.

This location is pre-judgmental, Customer service extremely horrible. They young lady look at me in Drive through window, like I did not exist. This night team is super trash! Just like the food they gave me.

The soda machine wasn’t working, well they had it on but all the drinks were flat and the sweet tea was not sweet 3/10. Honestly I let them know soda was flat and they disappeared.

Do not order online for delivery.
In my order I put no ice for the drink, it had ice in it and was water down, couldn't drink it but to throw it out.

This location always screws up the order every time

A little ticked off. I was told they now close at 0230. It still says 3 on their door, and some of the customers behind me were able to place orders after I left. In 4 minutes I've seen them turn 6 customers away. Their hours were just updated a few weeks ago, and even the app says they're still open.
