Its the simplest things that piss people off. I called this location as soon as I placed my Uber eats order to ask them please put hot sauce in the bag . I get it and there's none im not gonna go all crazy for some hot sauce lol but yall gotta do better, yalls job is not that hard.
At 1:30 am.i order #9 meal 1 steak quesadilla 2 bean burrito Extra cheese an 2 side of beer that was 27.45 they was not bust an when I got the window to pay I asked of I could change my steak quesadilla to a cantina chicken quesadilla meal for 10.99 the casher janitzi told no because they all ready made it then I get my order an my bean burrito was wrong so I took it back she could up sale an made the Company more money the steak was 7.19 an I wanted to up grad to the 10.99 now I would under stans if there was people in line or behind but nobody was there

You’d think your asking them to do long division. Ordered one thing got another and asked to please get what I ordered and then got attitude. The second time was my fault because when I got home it was wrong again. Good luck to them. Hope they do well in life. They’re going to need it.

I walked in to pick up an order and no one is working the front counter. The lady even looked at me and continued to do what she was doing. So I asked is anyone working the counter? All the staff responded to me one minute one minute and continued to stock lettuce and other items. Horrible service!!!!!! Someone from management needs to inform this team customers at the counter have first priority over stocking items.
