Elite. Teriyaki is not as common in DFW as other parts of the country (Seattle comes to mind), but you could certainly convince me that Teriyaki 4 U is the best in the metroplex. Along with Too Thai, this is a Carrollton spot worth driving for. I hope they’re in business for a long time.

Update:
I came back later in the week, and I still love the food but last time it only took 15 minutes for my order. We waited a little over 30 minutes today. :( Not the worst wait, but not ideal. The chicken teriyaki is amazing as is their beef and chicken teriyaki combo! Unfortunately, the chicken katsu I tried was hard to eat (it was tough, and I struggled to break it into pieces to chew. I ended up having to use my hands to eat. Flavor and everything was good, just...
