Gave me a door right away but didn’t let me open up. They disappeared and still not loaded. Slow progress. Very tight backing in to door. Cars and dropped trailers in front of door. Overnight parking. Nice people but slow
Refuse all loads from this shipper. It's now 12 hours since my appointment and 14 hours since check in. Still being loaded one lousy pallet at a time with reefer screaming at -10 with doors open. Wasn't in a door until midnight and at 2am was told it won't be complete for an additional 5hours. Will the reefer run out of fuel? Lol 😆 🤣 hope so
Only reason I'm giving a 1 is because I can't leave a zero. Stay away from this place at all cost. Checked in at 2 pm for a 4pm..was told to go across the street. At 5pm was told wont be ready until 8pm...730pm told probably not until 12 midnight..I drive team and if I wake up here still not loaded..going to be a little mad. Had called the numbers posted at both buildings one just hung up, the other left a message and still waiting on a call back8 hrs later..owner ops...DO NOT TAKE A LOAD FROM HERE!

MR.RIGOBERTO, Don't like it or like it, I take retaliation AGAINST MY PERSON!!!! (Just because you didn't like me,)? He called me unproductive and treated me as inept!! He takes me out of line and with unethical language and tells me that if I don't know how to do the job or I don't perform, he will transfer me!! At the end the line collapses and he moves me to lighten the load!!! THERE I FINISHED UNDERSTANDING THAT THIS Mr. RIGOBERTO; I had no idea about your previous comments!! AN INEPT AND LOW-PERFORMING PERSON!!, is not used to help those who have subsistence problems (literally)..as the day went by, it was a nightmare for me!! She transferred me to making the boxes and there it was indomitable, you go to make labels, boxes and if you get free you help your colleagues seal the boxes and transfer them to the line!! That was no problem for me!! I don't need someone to tell me where I can help or be useful! @ There I understood that MR.RIGOBERTO was being abusive, not because of the assignment, but because of his uncomfortable treatment!! If I was in the process of changing the adhesive tape he told me you don't have to stop!! You call me and I'll change it!! I was on the edge!!! I didn't even know what to do!!!
The next day, to my bad luck! I worked all day under his supervision and pss nothing, I didn't even know he was there! It's the night shift and by bad luck I stayed in that area!! MY GOD!! I didn't know that he was going to be the leader of that program: GOD WAS MY EXECUTIONER!! He did not transfer me from my activity and left me working as a Pack Animal!!! I took the boxes from almost the floor (weigh), and I had to lift them up on a table, close them and seal them, there were only 4 of him, 2 colleagues and me!!! We went out to the break and I thought he was going to take turns, pssss he only did it with my 2 teammates!!! (coincidently my 2 companions that day are named Maria) they are my WITNESS, AND ALSO ALL THE CAJSS THAT CAME OUT ON THE LINE I ASSEMBLED THEM ALONE!!! And he left me doing the same activity!!! My partner tells me tell him to move you!! And I do your thing!! I answered him!! I don't want to say anything, he might report me and say I don't want to do the work!! There came a time when I was urinating and I didn't want to say anything to MR.RIGOBERTO, so he wouldn't get upset!!!
In a company where your speed productivity is measured!!! A being who does not have PRINCIPLES, MANNERS, EDUCATION, ETHICS TRAINING, AND STOP COUNTING, cannot come and tarnish your work and professional career BECAUSE it is not to their LIKE!! a recommendation to that COMPANY!! THAT YOU HAVE VALUES ACQUIRED FROM ALL POINT OF VIEW!!! DO NOT leave the ACTION OF RESPECTING AND VALUING those who SUPERVISE in the hands of inexperienced people!! Suggestions: before putting an ORANGE hainer!! There should be an INÐISPENBABLE REQUIREMENT: RESPECT FOR THE PERSON WHO IS ASSIGNED!! I had the opportunity to work for this company for a year in which unfortunately the supervisor Jessica Contreras, a person who does not have the qualities and ethics to be able to perform this position, made me live in a hostile environment in this company and not only me but Also to many other people who did not have the opportunity to express what Jessica Contrera was doing due to fear of the reprisals that she could take and in many cases they chose better to leave.
I became an obstacle for her when I decided to talk to HR, I let them know all the bad things she does.
Unfortunately, HR and senior management never did anything which made me understand that they supported every decision and mistreatment that Jessica Contreras could exert on people.
It was interesting how Jessica Contreras, the "supervisor," looked for so many ways to say goodbye.
I'm still wondering how the company (J&J Snack Foods Corp) can keep a person like this who does not represent a supervisor, does not have the qualities and work ethics that are needed to be able to have the night shift under their charge.
Which gives a bad image of the company and the low profile that other people higher in rank than it may have.
I made the decision to leave after so many ways she looked to say goodbye to find a place where they know how to value good workers and give better opportunities to grow.
I hope one day you can read and take into account these reviews and improve the work environment and that senior management can choose their supervisors well.

This factory is the worst I have ever known. The supervisor Yessika mistreats the people and never helps with anything. She has a lot of preference for Venezuelans. She gives them more priority now that the boyfriend is the palletizer. He is aware of it and does not put him to work as The other human resources also doesn't help at all and the complaints that one talks to, Human Resources all say to Yessika, without a doubt the factory would be better without Yessika, one could work more calmly and without as much pressure as she exerts, I think that Norma would be a better supervisor. I hope one day they get Yessika out.

In my case, Pedro López, I felt bad because of the treatment that he had He has been giving me and my colleagues our Lead Lucy, harassing us and exploiting us at work, mistreating us, except for those who like him and do not place him in heavy areas, every time I told him something about his bad behavior he took retaliation against me, for loading me with work Even knowing about a problem that I had within the company and I reported my injury to one of my hands which prevented me from doing my work, for which he never had any compassion towards me, for this reason my colleagues today cannot raise their voices and complain Because they know that the same thing can happen to them as it did to me,
, I expressed my annoyance over the poor treatment that Erika Pantaja gave me. They threatened me with disciplinary action and that I was going to be investigated. Nothing ever came to Human Resources. They only sent the reports that suited them. Jessica and Lucy never had anything happen. Jessica accused me. Wanting to break into the superiors' offices by force, I only asked her about Lucy since she was leaving there. To enter there you need a card, which only they have. In front of Jessica, her response was that she thought so. and she felt it, I told her that she was wrong and mistaken. The fact that she thought that did not mean that it was true, when I contradicted her, she gave me a warning for something that had happened a month ago, where that cannot be done, it is Just now, with this I want to tell you that she cannot be contradicted because she is the supervisor, she does what she wants with the employees. I hope one day Lucy and Jessica leave that company and are treated the same or worse as the employees are treated, so they know how it feels.
Human Resources, I hope they take matters into their own hands and don't say that people leave because they don't like to work, they last 11 months putting up with bad treatment.
The management, particularly Jessica, is appalling. She mistreats workers and engages in unjust firings. Despite the boss thinking she does a good job, he is unaware of her true nature.
Jessica's way of speaking to the workers is exceptionally rude. If something doesn't go her way, she goes out of her way to sabotage employees, making their work environment hostile and unbearable.
I cannot recommend this place to anyone, as the treatment of workers here is inexcusable. Until management is addressed and improved, avoid this establishment.
