You must try the chicken wings. I forgot the name of the person who served me and my family, but he was really nice and made sure we had everything we needed.
Simple hospitality truly increases the value of both the service and the atmosphere.

I recently had an inedible meal from here. We ordered a regular platter and a small platter, and I had to throw away my small platter. I took a couple of bites and the meat had a strange taste and texture. I called to see if I could get a refund on the small platter since that was the one with the issues, and the guy said he would let the manager know and she would call me back. I never received any further communication. We’ve eaten here a bunch over the years and I won’t be able to come back due to the lack of service and bad food experience.

This place used to be good, but the quality has gone down. The chicken had no flavor and was served cold, which was really disappointing. The white sauce was also bland and only provided in very small packets. The order arrived through Uber Eats , Overall the food quality need serious improvement.

One less reason to live

Used to love this place but the last few visits have been incredibly inconsistent in quality of meat, portions, and the “white sauce”.

Portions used to be more generous than the infamous Chipotle but the last few visits they have been stingy as heck - despite prices going up!

The quality of the beef was always inconsistent - too chopped up, dried out and crispy bits, with oily remnants. The portions used to make up for this but now it’s not worth it.

Lastly, they changed the recipe of the white sauce. It has become stark white and less flavorful in the new packaging. Today they ran out of the packets and whatever was squeezed onto my platter was watery and lacked the usual flavor.

We used to go once a week but with these changes it will be a long time before we return.

Staff are always nice and pleasant though so service has never been an issue.

Life long fan so thats why this was so heart breaking but my chicken straight up tasted like beef jerky mixed with dog food. Do better yo!!!! Also what’s up with the new smaller sauce packs 👿

Worst halal guys branch i have ordered from . Part of the wings platter was missing . Hammus portion was not even quarter of what you normally get in other branches .
Second time and it's the same experience. Please avoid this branch specially is its delivery .

I called to place an order, the lady didn’t know what she was doing, and I’m not sure she even spoke English. This made it difficult to place an order, and then she said that they weren’t in Carrollton, despite me calling the number for Carrollton. She also didn’t know what “pick-up” was or recognize items on the menu, like “small platter”.
