They are crazy. Never been to any boba store where I ask for extra boba and they say no when am paying for those extra boba. I also said I dont want ice in my drink and they tell me it 2 dollar extra for no ice. Doesnt make no sense. On top of all this they messed up my order

I am beyond frustrated with this place, especially when it comes to the bingsu. It’s good when it’s actually available, but that’s hardly ever the case. For the past three weeks, every single Friday night we’ve come in, the same staff member has turned off the bingsu machine two hours before closing—for no good reason. Today was the last straw. We customize our bingsu on the kiosk, go to pay, and suddenly he turns it off, marks it as "sold out," and then tells us they’re out of the mixture. This has happened THREE TIMES now! It’s incredibly misleading and honestly infuriating. If you don’t want to sell the bingsu, don’t advertise it. I’m done wasting my time here—this is absolutely ridiculous.

The Black Sugar Boba Pearl with Chocolate Malt Milk and Cream Mousse is easily the best boba drink we have had for a while now. Quite distinct from the usual flavors seen at most of the boba coffee places. This is something I would recommend everyone should try, even if you are not big into boba. Go for it! Cute little place to grab tasty boba. But they might not add boba to your drink sometimes. They will charge you half a dollar. But still, no boba.
Also, the kiosk defaults to the highest possible tip. I placed the order, I waited in line and I picked up my drink by myself. Why in the world should I tip? What am I tipping for?
