Atmosphere was nice, but a little too loud and distracting for studying productively. Service was a little slow and drinks were okay. Overall, fun place to hang out for friends!

The food here just incredibly average. Maybe we got the wrong things. I got a club sandwich which comes with some lays chips/the equivalent, mini dogs, and mozzarella sticks. Nothing made me feel like I enjoyed that meal but it was not anything near disgusting. Might return to try the dessert stuffs maybe they're better.I didn't notice the sewage smell at all until I walked past the bathroom which sucked. So don't walk anywhere near the left side of the place.

Horrible experience and service . Was left unnoticed and unattended to for over 35 min. Could have been an awesome experience but service really just horrible. There is new location in harry hines Dallas if anyone want to get a quick bite and just get a good food and drink please go another location in Dallas Texas this place is new owner and employee here are slow and take up time up and if you want a happy place and good customer service I recommend you go to Mozart or harry hines Dallas new Tom n Tom’s

Tall Caramel Tomnccino, and chicken & waffles for my toddler. $20.00 before tip.Took it Togo, bc he didn’t touch it at all.Came home to reheat it, burned waffle when flipped over, and raw chicken.

I only come here to study if I have absolutely nowhere else to go. Even then I'm reluctant. The food is AWFUL and the owners are big penny-pinchers. He will walk around and make sure you have something ordered. One time I went up to the front to ask for a fork for my friend who had ordered some food from there. And because he saw me order a drink he was questioning me about WHY I wanted a fork. At that point I had been coming in almost daily for months so don't think that any loyalty will change their cheap attitude. This place had so much potential. The other locations are a million times better. Or just go to Mozart Bakery.

Tom and Tom's is one of the most popular coffee shops in Korea. My wife and I used to visit all the time when we lived there. Now we found out that there is one near us next to H-Mart in Carrollton! We were very excited to go, and the experience was fantastic! So many memories brought back! It's like having a little slice of South Korea in our own backyard.

As a study spot, minimal charging ports so you have to look around for a table that has charging spots. Overall, a calm environment and closes late and plenty of tables to study and set up your computer and laptop. I have never had a problem with the service. The only downside is there is a smell of sewage sometimes....

The service people were incredibly rude, I didn’t immediately order as I walked in, even after my friend had ordered and paid they told us we couldn’t sit in the restaurant and should leave (they had PLENTY of space, like calm down girl the least of your concerns is seating space) It smelled like ten cans of bounce that a$$ in there. It’s a shame because the food was good, just everything else about the place sucked. Never coming back or recommending.

Hadn’t ordered yet and they kicked us out, cute spot but they are very rude and refuse to let you sit in the restaurant unless you “are a customer” even if you are sharing food with friends, also the place smells
