The staff clearly needs better training. They don’t acknowledge customers at all. I placed an order over the phone, and when I arrived, my order was sitting on the counter. I stood there for a good 10 minutes. One staff member even saw me but didn’t do anything. There is absolutely no sense of customer service, and they all seem miserable working there. This happens every single time I’m there. 직원들 교육 시키세요!

The Chicken is good, but the service is really bad. They are rude, do not want to take your order, they will not call out the number when your order is ready, and I think the staff only speak Spanish. The people working there generally seemed angry to be there and the customers were just an annoyance. As soon as I walked up to the counter I got a dirty and angry look just for walking to the counter to place an order. There are other wonderful Korean chicken restaurants in the area that I will give my money to, but I will not give this place another penny of my money.
I have been here several times and each time it’s the same rude workers. If you hate working with people, then I suggest you don’t get a job that requires customer service.

I know the two ladies who work there don’t speak English, but like another reviewer said, they also refused to make gimbab(pretty much refused to take orders from the menu). I asked for another kind gimbab from the menu, but they kept pointing fingers at the table without saying a word to take that gimbab that’s already made. I would definitely take that if that’s what I wanted but it wasn’t the same kind.
It’s not the matter of speaking English. These two ladies are very rude and have attitude and do not do their job every time I go there. Don’t even expect to get an answer from them. Just don’t bother asking them. It’s a waste of your time. And also, they have been started taking CASH only.

The 2 female employees refused to make specialized kimbap even though there is a whole menu of different kimbaps, telling us to instead buy the premade ones.
They also refused to let us pay the premade food at the counter but let 2 other males they knew pay for the premade foods there.

Sorry to say this, but what does radish smell like... Also, why is spicy chicken so spicy? The garlic chicken was sweeter than last time, but it was still delicious...

The chicken is good but...service gets worse everytime. The hours posted say they clsoe at 6 but I went today at 5:25 and they were closed AGAIN. And this is not the first time. Their employees/service will have them closed in no time.
