This review is for someone would like to book birthday cake in this store.
Last Friday, I came to the store to order a birthday cake for pickup this Friday. I confirmed the cake type and design with the staff member three separate times, yet when I came to pick it up, we still found that the order was wrong. The day I placed the order, he even walked out from behind the counter to double-check the exact cake I wanted. I understand he may not be very attentive, but I drove half an hour to get here and repeated my request multiple times specifically to avoid mistakes — and he still got it wrong.
Secondly, the manager didn’t seem to care. She simply said she wasn’t sure what happened and offered only two options: a refund or buying the correct cake on the spot. She also mentioned they usually don’t offer refunds at all. There was no apology and no compensation for the inconvenience.
For anyone considering ordering a birthday cake here, I want to warn you: the lack of care for customers and the lack of attention to detail at this shop may put your celebration at risk and leave you feeling very disappointed on your special day.

What a beautiful place and experience. Love the lavender green tea and the array of pastry assortments. Definitely one of my favorite spots for dessert and coffee and tea

Nice and clean place. I visited this place with my friends and everything was good. The only thing I recommend is to go on a busy day to find more desert options (we were there on a week day and could find too many options) but the ones we got were deli.

I always love coming here! The vibe here is cozy and a great place to study or have a little chat with friends. It’s pretty spacious and the store is kept spotless. I heard that the pastries here are freshly made everyday and the variety was amazing, the pastries were all packed individually making it much more sanitary as a consumer!! The costumer service here never disappoints, as you can tell they really enjoy making costumers feel welcome😊 I wasn’t really expecting the drinks here to be amazing since it’s a bakery, but the tiramisu latte was so flavorful and the variety of drinks was impressive. Whether for a quick coffee, a sweet treat, or to grab something for friends and family. Highly recommend to anyone who loves fresh, delicious pastries and great costumer service!!👍

Beware of coming here after 11am. I came in at 12:15pm and the displays had almost nothing left, even though there hours are until 9pm. Complete waste of my time and my party's time. I have never had an experience like this at any other Tous Les Jours I've been to across four states, so my advice is to avoid this location.

I don't live in a city with a Tous Les Jours so I always make sure that I visit one when I'm traveling. I was extremely disappointed with this location. I walked in at noon and almost everything was out. I've been to the locations in other cities in the afternoon and there is always almost full stock. Additionally, the employees were dry and rude when I asked if they have more items in the back. It is ridiculous that they had at most 10 things left at noon yet they close at 8. Avoid this location if you like Tous Les Jours!

I stopped by Tous Les Jours for a quick bite, and I ended up staying longer just to soak in the cozy atmosphere. The food was fresh and tasted amazing—especially the pastries, which were buttery and perfectly baked. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive, making me feel right at home. I also loved the peaceful vibe of the café, making it a great spot to relax or get some work done. Definitely coming back!

I actually live pretty close, I liked to often go to get some work done or have a meeting, recently i have not been able to patronize like i usually do. A gentleman that works there was kind of rude and said he had been watching me, and that i couldn’t be there without buying something. Personally i thought it was weird and it wasn’t busy to the point that i was taking up space for others to sit. I was in the middle of a meeting and thought it was pretty rude. I haven’t decided if i would like to continue to be a patron here but there is definitely a better way to handle a situation, being that there are no signs stating you have to buy something in order to be there. Working in somewhere similar like a Starbucks has never been an issue for me, however overall their pastries and coffee aren’t bad, and a decent price if you don’t want to pay a lot like some others places.
