Tropical Smoothie Cafe

This becoming one of my favorite places. I always receive great service, and the food and smoothies are good!

So far, I like the Cali Breakfast Flatbread, Sausage Egg & Cheese 'Dilla, Southwest Wrap, and Chipotle Chicken Club.

My favorite is the Pomegranate Plunge, though, I get it every single time, and it never disappoints!

HORRIBLE customer service!! The last 3 times I've gone, the order is incorrect despite them repeating the order back WITH AN ATTITUDE ! The new young lady and man working the morning shift aren't morning friendly! They literally sound as if they crawled out of bed with no desire to work! Why be in the service industry if you do not want to serve! No morning greetings, no thank you, they literally hand you the bag and close the window! Why waste my time with morning Debby downers when we have a slew of options!

Just stopped by and like always the food was fresh & delicious. However when you’re main gig to be almost exclusively drive thru, orders need to be 100% correct. Either your salsa tastes like marinara sauce, or I was given marinara sauce for my quesadilla. Either made for a subpar experience. We didn’t turn around because it was too much of a pain to go back.

Little young brown lady takes the order but doesn’t input it into the system so we have to order twice but still doesn’t even get the order right. The food we received wasn’t even what I ordered. At this point after 20 minutes in line, I gave up. The food had old yellow lettuce and the bowls were melted to a liquid when I received it. First and last time I come here. This cashier needs to be fired because of how careless she is.

I mean, it’s like if smoothie king had a less successful cousin. But seriously, the lack of flavor was disappointing to say the least, especially paying almost $8 for a smoothie.

Probably good for you if flavor isn’t your thing.

I came at 9:00 am and it is 9:10 am and there is still no one in this place, what an impudent staff, according to the sign and Google Maps they open at 9:00 am.

I always go to this location and the workers are all very nice. Special shout out to John who helped me with a food item I mis ordered.

This is a healthier delicious option for snacks or dessert. I choose this for a roadtrip as well. It makes you full without feeling guilty. The place is small but it has drive thru very practical. Service is great. The chia pudding has coconut milk in it, it’s very tasty.

I’ve come back disappointed. I get home and my wrap is filled with only two ingredients. I get home and call and I’m told I would have to drive up there and bring the food back to get it remade. No refund. I couldn’t drive back. So I paid for lettuce basically.

A nice visit, thank you to the manager! Yesterday was our first visit. We loved the clean and uncomplicated decor. The bright pastels set a happy mood upon entering. We ordered the Island Green Smoothie, the California Breakfast Flatbread, and the Turkey bacon ranch sandwich. The service was fast and, best of all, everything was absolutely delicious! The manager was instrumental as her crew was at their limit. Thank you all for a good experience!
