A nice visit, thank you to the manager! Yesterday was our first visit. We loved the clean and uncomplicated decor. The bright pastels set a happy mood upon entering. We ordered the Island Green Smoothie, the California Breakfast Flatbread, and the Turkey bacon ranch sandwich. The service was fast and, best of all, everything was absolutely delicious! The manager was instrumental as her crew was at their limit. Thank you all for a good experience!

1st time patronizing this establishment, and I found hair in my smoothie! I purchased the Mango Magic smoothie. After my second sip of the smoothie I saw a very long hair strand in my mouth protruding from the straw. After I returned to the cafe I was met by "Mayo" who identified his/her self as an Assistant Manager. I told him/her what the issue was and his/her response was "we can remake it." He/she responded in a way as though it was not a big issue and in fact it was. Food establishments should have policies in place to minimize if not prevent things like this from happening on top of the food and health compliance regulations they must adhere to at all times per the City! I wouldn't recommend anyone to eat here, I've seen many bad reviews now through my discovery after my disgusting experience.

Stood outside 20 minutes while they kept waiting on people in drive thru .. if you want service don't go up to window you will never get service.. she needs firef

I go here almost every night for a smoothie and turkey cheddar wrap. The employees never seem happy and always on their phones. Tonight I went by for my usual and was met with the same unpleasant attitude. The girls in the kitchen had their hair down but I thought nothing of it. I was on my second bite when I found this hair. Seriously so disgusted right now and wish I could get my money back, $14 down the drain.

If Ryan is there I have no delay in doubling up my order. His respect for people of VEGAN lifestyle is the best. Many vegans choose smoothie places because of the obvious fruits n veggies and tropical smoothie is on the more price higher side than competition but he makes you say flukk it buy more, because You know it's quality and great taste. Thanks to that whole location team but he is the reason I come.

Monday 08/28/23It was 8:52p.m and we got to the drive thru and they said that they were closed even tho they close at 9. There was a car in front of us that got their order and when we pulled up to the window we waited and the 2 workers there ignored us and instead turned off the lights.

Want to start by saying the smoothies are usually very tasty and full of flavor... but today's visit was the 2nd time that ive found a couple small plastic strands in my smoothieNo idea how it even gets in there but now i wonder how much micro plastics ive been eating because they are blending it into their smoothies...It a pain in the a** because i actually really like this location and the service is mostly top notch
