Volcano Hot Pot Carrollton

Called in saying we had six people, when we get here the manager won’t allow us to sit with six because we have two children under 2.

The manager argued with me the whole time stating I said 5 people, not 6, and the only solution was to place them in the walk way with an upside down high chair.

Manager could care less about people if they weren’t being charged (her words). I won’t try this place again if this is the level of service that can be expected

I was so impressed with EVERYTHING here! The hotpot soup broths are great, they have the BEST bulgogi beef I've ever had, and our service was amazing. We never ran low on water or soup broth because our server was on top of it the entire time. We'll definitely be back!

Love love love this place! The conveyor belt bringing the veggies is so fun and there’s lots of options to put in hot pot or to grill. The bulgogi is also amazing

Introduce my friend of mine to this place for dinner to share the great experience I had last summer. The quality of the food is consistently spot on and the servers were so kind and caring. Highly recommended and the strawberry ice cream is fire ❤️ I believe it’s the best Hot Pot in Dallas.

Service was alright except they don’t really buss the tables while you eat so we had so much empty plates filling up our table. The food was nasty, especially the hot pot where they just put it in a container instead of giving it u fresh. The conveyor belt food was spread out so much it takes forever to choose something. Same with the bbq meat.

We came on a Sunday afternoon for lunch and the service was pretty bad. Our server was a young man who didn't look like wanted to be there, he didn't check on us, brought us wrong drinks, we had to ask for more broth and when we were finished with our meal we had to wait until he was done playing on his phone and eating to pay. Also stay away from the shimp as they are not cleaned or de-vained. We've been here before with much better service, but this time was definitely not worth the $70 we paid. This will be the last time we come here as Happy Lamb has much better quality service and food.

Great food with a large selection of choices.
I would defiantly recommend getting the hot pot AND grill/bbq
If you go home hungry, then you did it wrong.

Kid-friendliness: There are multiple hot plates on the table.

This is great fun for kids, 6 or over....IMO.

Customer service is really good. Food is not good at all. Meat is not fresh and is frozen. When you put it in your soup it basically disappears. Seafood is not fresh either.

This place was amazing, all the food was fresh and amazing, our server who may have also been the manager was so sweet. The broth was flavorful, and it's a fantastic value. Anytime we are in Dallas this will absolutely be a stop

The lady working here during the daytime is so nice!

I love the revolving vegetables And noodles selections. They have crab, crawfish, octopus, shrimp, clams, cockles, squid out during lunch!

The price has risen. I came in couple of days ago and it was $28 and not the $21 I saw in the photos.

You can also opt out for the barbecue.
