Been eating at Wendy’s all my life I’m 39. They just barely started charging $.52 for barbecue sauce. I’m never eating it at Wendy’s again in my life that’s crazy for one thing of barbecue sauce 50 Cent and they were rude about it. Good job Wendy’s nice knowing you

I had the triple burger and was fresh and hot the chili was not to salty and delicious. The fries were hot & crispy customer service was phenomenal. Overall great food and experience.

Manager was extremely rude and lied to me that a QR scan didn’t work when it clearly accepted my T-Mobile promo as it was no longer showing in either the T-Mobile or Wendy’s app after I showed her and had her scan the QR code

She claimed the promo was only for mobile orders when it clearly stated click here to “use in restaurant” that’s what I used to generate the QR code she scanned in the store, then proceeded to lie to me that it didn’t work

Realizing she lost the argument after being called out she snatched a sandwich from under a heat lamp, hastily stuffed it in a bag and shoved it to me on the counter and walked away

I was going to add fries and a drink (the whole idea behind such a promotional partnership) however I won’t be frequenting this one again even though it’s convenient from where I work

I told her how rude she was being and that there would be a complaint, didn’t seem to do anything but make her show even less desire to rectify the situation

The only correct thing about this situation was the bag she gave me perfectly matches her attitude

They overcharged me she didn't do much about it or even explain why the price is different from the kiosk should rude and she tried to charge me more . I need to pay $20 for two little burgers and two fries

Got a app order through the drive-thru and whoever was working the drive-thru that day was fantastic. Wish I would have caught his name but he was very friendly and super kind. The food was well portioned and a great price once you stack the benefits of the app gives.

Stood at counter long enough to feel uncomfortable with employees glancing at me periodically and speaking only spanish, but nothing directed to me. I’d have been fine with a bienvenidos, but nada. There was literally no other customers inside and only a couple cars in drive through.

Still making great burgers. The fries could use some work. They used to be be and tasty. Now they taste like they have been in the frier way too long and they are ALOT smaller. I am not sure ifnits just this location or just Wendy's in general. The service here is fast and pleasant. Check this Wendy's out. I always do drive thru as I am usually in a hurry and hungry.

Biggie bag meal is always good price.
Soda fountain machine is available.
But they didnt have some soda syrup.

The service was great even though I see negative reviews about the service. My experience with the employees was good.

The floors were clean as well as the restroom. Overall this was a great place. The only thing I didn't like too much was my sandwich. But that could just be my personal preference.
