Wendy's has always been one of my favorite places to eat. I ate at the Wendy's on Frankford Rd & Josey in Carrollton, TX. Their fries, I believe Wendy's has the best. Hot & crispy. I was surprised at size of the Chicken Club. It has become a little smaller but still very tasty. I wanted to try the new Salted Caramel Frosty. I do luv salted caramel but my personal taste did not like it but you should definitely try it for yourself.

I ordered 3 Krabby Patty meals for $10.99 each and DID NOT GET THE KRABBY PATTY experience AT ALL!!! I didn’t get the promoted box, the SpongeBob fry box. NOTHING about this meal was special at all. My toddlers expected what was promoted and pretty much got a number one meal!!! EXTREMELY DISSATISFYING!!! $37.31 for nothing. But some stickers!!! Called corporate and got an apology but nothing else. Called the store and they only said they never received anything to serve the promotion. Wendy’s is falsely advertising this!!!

They said they didnt have my order, drove to the other one less than a mile away. Then they didnt have it. Went home then looked on app and saw i was at right store. Drove back to right wendys . They gave me wrong order. I didnt look until i got home. I dont want to go back for a third time
2nd time getting a grisly, fatty unedible spicy chicken sandwich at this location. Will not order here again. Have had at other locations just fine. Not sure why just here.

This is now the second time that I received a sausage, egg and cheese croissant when I ordered a bacon, egg and cheese croissant. This is extremely frustrating and disappointing when I order something for breakfast I look forward to eating at my work just to then have a sandwich I don't like. Unacceptable. Pay attention to what you are doing.
