Dinora or whatever her name is was rude at the window. I ordered a oreo frosty and a BROWNIE frosty thinking it had BROWNIES because hello it clearly says BROWNIE frosty. I asked her before I left if she had put extra brownies since they CHARGED me for them and she said yes. I end up mixing it up to look for the brownies and clearly there is none, so I go back to tell her. Then she explains it’s only brownie batter sauce, so i tell her to just give me another oreo frosty. She then makes it and hands it to me, i ask her one more time if she made sure it had extra oreos since i was CHARGED for it. I get home and there is only ONE tiny piece, like it’s cool if you didn’t want to put extra but why charge me? i’m never coming back here, just dumb.

$3 son of baconator is just jr bacon cheeseburger with an extra patty. Barely worth $3, but tasted like trash. will not be back to this location, maybe never any wendys again. Gone very down hill compared to what it was 5 years ago. ALL fast food companies are scrambling how to figure out how to squeeze more so profits continue to go up, but totally screwing the customers and employees in the process. They would poison you and kill you if they thought it would make their profits go up.

Not sure what happened but this location was very good a few months ago....the food was always hot & fresh but last night they tried to serve me some over salted fries that had been sitting out for god knows how long but either way they weren't fresh so definitely check your food before you leave like I did...the chicken sandwiches were on point but the need to cook the food to order

One phrase came to mind on my recent trip for a late night snack. OK Wendys, "Where's the Beef?" ( man I miss those commercials. ) Anyway... I don't mind that the SON of baconator is small. I order it because it's small.. I think 3 bucks for it is a fair enough price. But 13$ for the combo. Shaking my head. I had planned to go to mc Donald's but the line was around the building .I didn't want to sit in that at 1145 at night. I stumbled across this wendys up the street and immediately started craving my favorite fast food burger. After placing my order in the drive through I heard the total and I immediately wanted to cancel. But I'm hungry and the lady seemed nice so I begrudgingly handed over my hard earned money. Iwas asked to pull ahead but within hyatt a minute or two my food was delivered. The second I grabbed the burger from the bag I regretted spending so much. The Luke warm fries only added to my disappointment. The cashier returned quickly with my Mayo that she had remembered as she was handing me my back and she returned inside to retrieve some. Thank you so much for not forgetting!!! The flavor of the burger did not disappoint and my raspberry tea was delicious.

This branch is full of lazy Mexicans. I requested for freshly cooked French fries. They just reheat the old fries to make it look like is freshly made. Look at the picture. Its overcooked!!! Lazy Mexican. I will never come back here again

Went here only once and got something else I didn't order. In fact they didn't speak any English at all..After they double charged me , I went back and I had to yell at the manager Maria something, she investigated. They finally refunded my order, blamed the POS system. Well, you knew when I brought food all the way back its not a second order. Theft. 2 years later., why not ... ordered one item. Chili..got a bowl of beans in tomato soup. Im done. Avoid this place like the plague.

Bad experience when i went through drive thru. An older lady Maria gave me an attitude when it took me one second to retrieve my debit card to pay. People have such stupid attitudes. Why work if you dont want to work
