The service was great. The food was cold, and no one understood much English. I asked for barbeque sauce and received ranch. Now if restaurants could operate on frendliness they would all be open. They need some improvements.

Nuggets were hard and extra chewy. I should’ve drove back and returned it all. Fries were not very warm and seemed like they were made a long time ago. Negative 5 starts for the food!! Purchase was made at 5:30pm on Thurs Oct 23, 2025. I’ll never go back there again.

So i made sure to look it up and they should be doin the 2 for 6 deal at wendy's and i walk in and they say no... so whats the point of havina value deal if yall domt actually honor it.. the point to all these deals being put out is so that they are met and a customer can make a valued purchase yet they say no... so insulting to have wendy's claim such a value then elak in for them to say no we dont.. and i know they do cause i looked it up they lied to maoe more money and promote false advertising... so if ya want customers... yall need to stop lyin and tryin to scheme a few extra bucks...well done on continuing the asserting the lousy economy and promoting flase advertising..that in itself is a lawsuit waitin to happen. Its bad enough things are tough and ime can barely get food... but now when it becomes this where false advertising is promoted its justa damn insult to the customers.

I went to buy a frosty tonight at self-service, I went to pay for it and when I opened it in front of the window it was liquid, I told her I didn't want it and the girl said that they were closing that she had already charged me for it to take it and I told her that I wanted my money back and I called the manager and she was upset and looked at me in a bad way, terrible service

I just have to say that I tried the baconator Jr and have never eaten a better tasting hamburger. Wendy's you have outdone yourself with this one. No fries are needed because the Jr is so robust it filled me up. Bought through the drive thru, I could not fill out the atmosphere.
