I went to buy a frosty tonight at self-service, I went to pay for it and when I opened it in front of the window it was liquid, I told her I didn't want it and the girl said that they were closing that she had already charged me for it to take it and I told her that I wanted my money back and I called the manager and she was upset and looked at me in a bad way, terrible service

I just have to say that I tried the baconator Jr and have never eaten a better tasting hamburger. Wendy's you have outdone yourself with this one. No fries are needed because the Jr is so robust it filled me up. Bought through the drive thru, I could not fill out the atmosphere.

I just came through drive thru and ordered the $5 special, my fries was cold and my bottom bun to my jr burger was hard! It might not have not spent a lot of money but when it comes to fresh and hot food! This saddens me I’ve had bad service here before, what’s so hard about giving people fresh food you suppose to treat people how you would want to be treated! I have got all the way home with this cold food and the burger had to be already sitting out! I will never be back!!!

Service was very slow, the speaker at the drive-thru was out of order way too long.
I ordered a chicken wrap and got a chicken salad with a shredded tortilla wrapped in foil.. some straight bull shit I wasn’t even rude or had a complicated order and I was literally the only person in the drive thru so idk how they messed up a chicken wrap so bad

Poor service. 1. Their microphones weren't working in the drive-through so they told each of us to order at window number two. 2. I ordered the Bacon, Egg and Swiss Croissant combo with coffee with three creams in the bag. They forgot to put my three creams in the bag so I had to go inside to get my cream. 3. They are out of individual creamers so they handed me a cup with some cream in it. Not a good experience at all.
