We went to buy 4 biggie bags. At the time of paying they told us that we have to park because they work on time the manager comes out and tells me again that her time is running out that she should put it in the parking lot for the fresh food which was my surprise a disgusting food with hair, expired jalapenos, all old, rancid, I think it was revenge for the fact that I didn't want to move because it takes 20 minutes if you park and it's always the same, the truth is I don't recommend Wendys in that area nor their workers, they are mockers so much the manager food with hair bad service ?????? I won't be eating that place again

Go to the Wendy’s in Farmers Branch by “At Home” you will never be disappointed. This Wendy needs a new operation how y'all serving cold fries n burger tasteless. Luckily this food was brought to me because I would have went back to get my money back. Fast food is not like it use to people. Workers do not care just cook at home

The guy working the register tonight put his whole hand in the trash, pushed it down, and handed me my food without washing his hands. So disgusting and unsanitary.

Used order ahead on the app. Chose to pick it up inside so I didn't have to wait in the drive thru line. Got there and turns out that's not an option, dining area doesn't open until almost an hour after I placed my order.There needs to be more communication between franchises and corporate/whoever runs the apps.
Bit into a completely black French fry while in my car and spat it out immediately. You guys need to check what you're serving people.

Was told to pull up to front of store by the drive thru guy. Waited 10 minutes in mobile order parking space. Watched 8 cars go through. People go in and out with their food.... Went inside and waited more. Last week they left 1:2 my order off. New building with lousy service.

I went to the drive thru and I was told to wait a minute and they will take my order , so I waited then someone came on and said I would take your order in 5 minutes. My husband and I decided to leave and we just saw a person standing by the register on their phone. It wasn’t busy at all I was the only one in the drive thru . Will not return !

The food is good when they actually fulfill the order. Getting tired though of repeatedly ordering from this location, just to have the order cancel and get hot potato'ed to multiple delivery people until it finally confirms cancellation in the app. This keeps happening during normal business hours; if an order is cancelled you should advise the customer right away so they aren't left waiting an hour or longer for food.
