This has never been the best Wendy’s, but lately it has slipped even further and seriously needs improvement. I order from here regularly, and almost every delivery arrives stale and lukewarm. It’s not a delivery issue—I’ve even paid extra for direct delivery, and the food still comes stale. I tolerated it only because the Ghost Pepper Ranch sauce made the meals bearable. But when I opened DoorDash recently, I found it had been removed and replaced with two new sauces: Scorchin’ Hot and Wendy’s Signature Dipping Sauce. Both are extremely mediocre. The Scorchin’ sauce isn’t spicy and tastes bland, and the signature sauce tastes like a tweaked tartar sauce, which is odd considering they don’t sell fish. So now they deliver stale food and removed the only thing that kept me coming back. I won’t be returning to Wendy’s, and I definitely won’t be ordering delivery from this location again.

The manager, José, is rude and arrogant. I politely asked what kind of sauces they had, and he refused to tell me. He just said, “You should look for them on the screen.” Terrible service, and it’s not the first time this has happened. You can always see the fear on the employees’ faces when he’s around.

Use to come here a lot years ago, under different management. Now it’s gone down hill. Foods always messed up Fries always burnt And don’t get me started on the afternoon shift lead Very poor attitude towards customers and the way he talks to customers…. I feel sorry for all the other employees. Just seeing how he interacts with people, the almost fear on the other employees faces. He’s creating a very poor and toxic work environment and that leaks onto the normal customers that go in every day that have to deal with THAT Sad this place used to be great

This Wendy's is by far the best I've been to in all my 46 years. Great staff, fast food (true to the name), extremely clean and staff is always in a good mood.
Not sure if this is management or owner, either way, great job!
My wife and I have been coming to this Wendy's for going on 15 years and amazingly Jose has been the manager the entire time. Jose is able to maintain an excellent staff and as a result, excellent food quality and service. With so many of the fast food businesses, the quality of food and service is marginal and the employees simply don't care. but here if you have any kind of an issue or concern all you have to do is tell Jose and he will make sure that they makes it right for you!

I ordered the new Thin Mint Cookie Vanilla Frosty. I thought it was pretty good but I would have like cookie chunks. It basically was a vanilla frosty with chocolate syrup that was gritty (crushed cookie).
