I stopped by during my lunch break and ordered two simple items — a large fry and a large Diet Coke. The fries were great as usual, but the Diet Coke tasted like straight creek water.
What really pushed this into 1-star territory was the drive-thru experience. It took forever just to pay. No one offered ketchup, and the staff took so long to come back out that I watched half my lunch break disappear. When they finally brought the food, the card reader had died and they asked me to swipe again.
All of this for two items. I can’t imagine how long it would’ve taken if I’d ordered a full combo meal. Extremely frustrating visit, and definitely not what I expect from this location/franchise.

How I wish I didn’t have to give the one star on this place. This particular whataburger is absolutely disgusting. The past two times I went I decided to give them another try because it’s close to me. The service is terrible. The young man taking orders at the drive through looked like he was half asleep or didn’t understand English. The burger was wrong and when i told him he just grabbed it and took 20+ minutes to put cheese on it. He was very rude. When he gave me the burger back the paper it was in was all crumbled up and the burger was cold. It wasn’t even how I had asked for it. The 2nd time it was even worse. The same lame rude guys in there and the soda tasted like it had chemicals in it. THE WORST FOOD AND SERVICE. DONT WASTE YOUR MONIES HERE.

Waited in line at the drive through (speaker) for over 10 minutes. They took 6 orders from the other line and ignored me despite multiple attempts of me to get my order taken. Horrible service, I left and went elsewhere due to lack of customer service. Outside of the store is dirty, employees have horrible attitude and worse food quality.

Every time I go to this whataburger, the wait is extremely long (longest I sat in line was about 48 minutes with only 3 cars in front of me), and when you finally get your food, you’d expect it to be piping hot for a nearly hour long wait…never is. SOMETIMES at lunch it is pretty fresh between 11am-2pm. NEVER order delivery from here. The last 4 times I’ve ordered I get no straw for my drink, no ketchup that I requested, and the fries are thrown in sideways spilling all over the inside of the bag. Extremely disappointing as when Whataburger hits, it’s great.

Had their 3-piece chicken strips. It wasn't bad. It's Whataburger, so there's not much to say. If you get your food hot with no errors on your order, then Whataburger is always good.
I love Whataburger so much, but this store takes my love for it to another level.

Very rude staff, it took them 10 MINUTES to take my order when I was standing in front of the counter. They literally looked at me and went by what they were doing no acknowledgment, and when they eventually took my order after 10 MINUTES, it took them 20 MINUTES to give me my order which was only a burger and fries. Unbelievable.
