i was actually assaulted here about 3 months ago and have been deciding if i should take legal action or not. i waited 65 minutes for an order to come out (yes 65 min) and upon standing up to visit the cash register and ask where my food was, there was of course no one at the register so i asked the fry cook and he told me to “sit down” and when i said no, he exploded and threw his headset right past my head, thankfully i dodged it…however this is still assault and i recommend avoiding this location if you don’t want to be assaulted for asking where your food is.

Came tonight and waited 40 min for a single burger combo. Matter of fact I sat in the car while my boyfriend went in (I’m 7 months pregnant) I had a direct view of the whataburger lobby. I watched and waited for 40 minutes as the staff disregarded my boyfriend numerous times. They served several people first who came in and ordered long after my bf had already been waiting an extended period of time. They probably served 10 other people before they eventually got to him. Mind it several of those people left with 2 big bags meaning they had multiple different combos vs the one burger combo my boyfriend purchased for me. Avoid this location at all costs unless you wanna wait for a ridiculous amount of time. The annoying thing is the burger wasn’t fresh or made properly!!! I’ll be returning tomorrow for my refund!!! :)

This is my 6th and final time coming to this location. Every single time I come here I order online through the app and I’m always here within within 5min of placing me order. I always go to the drive-through and end up having to sit in line and wait for my food which is fine. However, somehow every time I end up getting cold fries. Like not lukewarm or they’ve been sitting in the bag for a couple minutes, like legitimately so cold they’ve probably been sitting for 10 to maybe 20 minutes. On top of all of that, this is now the second time that I have gotten the same exact burger made exactly the same way with the toppings I like that they’ve just taken an old burger that was sitting and added the cheese, avocado and bacon on top. I know it’s not a fresh sandwich because the cheese is not even melted, nor is the burger meat actually hot or lukewarm. I can honestly say I will not be ordering or visiting his location ever again.
