Definitely not what I was expecting! The service the ice cream everything was just a disappointing experience. Oh let me not forget how they said they were closing in an hour so they didn’t have certain flavors, because they had cleaned the machines apparently. I’ve worked at restaurants and closing time is the time to shut everything down not when you decide. Poor team performance . Never going back

Wow, the shaved ice is so amazing, the smoothest and tastiest shaved ice I’ve ever had, it’s even better than the ones in Hawaii, this place will save you a trip to the Hawaiian islands! Service was excellent and the staff were very friendly! It’s the best place to get something sweet after having a meal in the area! We order the Wicked Milk which had a lot of flavor and red beans, the red beans were on the bottom of the shaved ice too, and the Wicked Half & Half which has mangoes and strawberry (this one really didn’t have that much flavor at all, I just taste the fruits and milk ice, not sweet at all), so if you like red beans, I would definitely order the Wicked Milk! It was a pretty busy with all the tables taken, thank goodness we had one!

The bingsu here is so incredibly creamy deliciousness! A yummy burst of mangos, strawberries, and a perfect blend of snow and condensed milk. Discovered this gem during my weekend trip to Dallas. Will definitely come back if I am in the area. Wish there’s one in Houston.

Some of the best bingsu I've had. The shaved ice alone is worth the trip...topped with fruit and condensed milk and it just sends it over the top. We also had the berry croffle, which was also good, but doesn't hold a candle next to their bingsu.

Delicious mouthwatering drool worthy picturesque shaved ice, perfect for a hot summer day. Got a regular size of the half and half, which is half strawberry and half mango. My friend had the mango while I had the strawberry. It was so delicate, perfectly sweet and the shaved ice literally melted like snow in our mouths. 100% coming back to try more!

It was super hot and I really wanted something cold and sweet to eat. We got the Mango & Strawberry shaved ice and it was perfect! We got the regular sized shaved ice and it was perfect for hubby and I.

Of course the ice cream and mangos are so yummy and you get a lot of ice cream! However its pretty pricey and not sure the value is as great. Service is good but nothing special.
Will definitely continue to come back unless someone finally gets true Mango Shaved Ice again.

One of the workers was just very disrespectful and got upset when we tried to move the tables for 6 people to sit. Giving us dirty looks. First, he yelled at us to move the tables more against the wall, so we followed as told. Then, he came over looking pissed off and told us he was gonna move the tables again after he just told us to move it to the side, while saying that we are blocking the display. Maybe instead of yelling at us to move the tables against the wall we wouldn’t have been “blocking” the display.
