I see a lot of not so good reviews here but I have to say that due to my work schedule I normally go here when they open because I know that the chicken is hot and fresh. I know that everyone may not able to do this but going to any chicken place outside of lunch is a gamble because the chicken has been sitting there and getting fresh chicken is always a gamble

The livers were not cleaned properly before cooking so they were GREEN from bile leaking onto meat prior to cooking. Bad practice by kitchen help. Never again!

I got the hot wing Meals for 2 people. Food was fresh but very very salty. I could not even eat it. I brought it back to get a refund. My refund is still not showing. I've had to call my bank due to they say they refunded me but no results as of yet. Also those wings were a bit unusual. I have never seen Williams chicken drumets th be almost the size of a drum stick and with a red tint. I assume the red was the spicy but did not taste spicy. The breading was crisp on the outside until you bit into it then it was mushy. 1st time eating at the location. I do know there was a big difference in this chicken verses where I always go when I'm in that area. Never had a problem and never salty. Oh yes the wing are small like the original. Yes I understand it's a franchise. I figured that out when I entered due to plants everywhere. Williams chicken is supposed to look like a small restaurant a comfortable little spot to sit amd eat if you like. Unfortunately this was not the case. One side filled with plants. The other was a homeless man sleeping. I just want my refund and pray someone likes what I didn't like. That's my mouth shutting closed due to the very salty chicken but the fries were good.👍🏾

This was my family’s and I first time trying this location. We had a large order everything was fresh, everything was hot, and the service was excellent Isabelle was so nice and was quick with her service. We will definitely be back.
First time trying this place drive thru 🙂 A lady gave me a drum sample with a mild sauce & sesame seeds. The presentation looked great so as the taste! Looking forward on going back and see if the sample given is on the menu.

Spent 40$ on chicken tenders that had ZERO Seasoning. Everything was bland no flavor we waited all day planning on eating williams for dinner. The last shift wanted to rush out leave for the night so they decided give us all bland chicken with NO Flavor. Even when i had covid i could taste food more than this… TERRIBLE Experience…. I don't want a refund or any compensation i just wish i could throw this food back at them and make them try it…..Absolutely abysmal

Service at this location has never been an issue, but everything else is meh… The chicken use to be really good at this location years ago, but unfortunately those days are over! For whatever reason, the chicken lacks flavor now as if there was no attempt to season it with anything whatsoever! I’m not sure what changed, but I the only reason I gave them another chance was because Louisiana Famous Fried Chicken was closed at the time.
