Williams Chicken is the Best, I recommend 10/10
Hot fresh chicken served with a smile! They do need to wear hairnets. I overheard someone complain about hair in their fries.
Chicken was decent but communication and understand what a customer ask or requested was difficult due to language barriers.
Ordered an 8 piece meal but they was out of thighs she tried to offer 1 leg in the replace of it instead of something better. That's highway robbery be sure you understand things before you agree to anything! We request a breast in replace of the thigh.
I’ve never had any issues when going in person to get my order, but I’ve ordered twice now through under eats and have issues. The don’t check order notes where you ask for utensils and condiments so those are always missing even when you ask
for it! And today I ordered Mashed potatoes and they gave me tries!
I already pay more because it’s delivery just to have my order wrong and not receive what I asked for! The employees need to pay attention to the order if you’re gonna do delivery!
I plan to report it to uber eats to get at least a partial credit or refund!
Best chicken in town!
Very nasty 🤮 chicken. It doesn’t taste like real chicken. The place is nasty as well. Old looking flowers every where noting no clean area. First all I did not want this food. My husband wanted it. It was a creepy old white pale man dirty passed out on table. The walls are filthy and vents. It was not giving clean with great atmosphere. The lady had a mask on horrible service and unwelcoming vibe here
I do love a great piece of chicken. Ate the tenders and they are so good
I stopped by on a whim while driving home. First thing I noticed was the drive up menu which was quite faded and ancient looking. I don't hold this against them per se, as I usually find it to be a good sign when choosing Chinese restaraunts. It was weird to see it in a drive through though. I ordered the #5, three piece mixed white and dark. I got two breasts and a thigh, a biscuit, fries, a Jalapeño and a drink for $13 and change. The staff working the drive through were nice enough; no complaints on the service and I didn't wait long for my food. First thing I noticed about the chicken was the pieces were noticibly quite larger than you see at chain chicken places like Popeyes or KFC these days. Reminded me of what you would've gotten from a chain place back in the late 1980's or early 90's. The chicken was a little pale. Good crunch, but not as flavorful as I'd have liked. Biting the end of the jalapeño off and putting some juice on the chicken definitely helped. The crinkle cut fries were soggy, undercooked, and kind of sad really. Crinkle cut fries are probably the hardest to get right and when they're not cooked properly they're terrible. That was the case here. Ideally you want them to be a little translucent. These were a pale yellow. The roll was as plane Jane as they come. Fine I guess, but had they included a small amount of butter it would've gone a long way. There are definitely better options around for fried chicken. I look forward to finding them.
it should not be at the customer expense if you guys make a mistake hold you guys more accountable
Corn Fritters are awesome!

Delicious and fresh. Large portions. Will not leave hungry
The sides were hot, and the chicken was warm. We had to repeat our order 3 or 4 times . Maybe the speaker wasn't operating the best, but as we got to the window, the man was not service presentable. Appearance is vital to a service business, especially food. Hope this explains my review. Also, the food costs way more than expected. Williams in Dallas are my favorite go to my entire family enjoys Williams Chicken. That's why we we're disappointed to receive the service at this last location. Dallas locations we visit Master's pleasant Grove, Loop12, 67 and Mckinney.
This one is very, very hard to accurately rate because I have major pros & cons on both sides.
Pros -
Service is friendly
Place does look neat from a local fast food perspective
Food was actually good with the tenders being BIG which is a very good thing and they tend to have this 75% Golden Chick & 25% Roy Rogers taste to them
Fries bags have this classic white/orange/yellow colors which I deeply miss
Cons -
Tables has on the far left too many plants on them
This particular location has a very old man with a respirator lying on the tables on the other side which just makes it feel very uncomfortable
Their trash were not working so we had to throw away our trash in a plastic bin
If they would A) move out all of the plants on the table and B) not have this creepy somewhat dying hobo lying on the other tables where it should be reserved for customers to eat (plus this guy belongs in either an old folks home or the hospital and not laying down in a fast food restaurant aka a place of business), then my ranking would be higher.
I need to check out the other locations before I would give a definitive ranking of this chain as a whole. The food is definitely good, don’t get me wrong, but if you just get food from here then either order take out and eat in the car, drive through, or order directly from Door Dash / Uber. Once they clean up their establishment by fixing these issues, then I would definitely recommend eating there.
Love want you guys do
Food was great, service not to great long waiting time for food. Prices are extremely high.
