Worst Wingstop in Carrollton. The boneless wings are dry, overcooked, and way too crunchy. The bone-in wings have no sauce and are just as dry. The fries are soggy and completely flavorless. The KIDS must no’t care about their jobs, and it shows in the sloppy food to their careless attitudes. I told one of the workers that all the sodas were out, and nothing was done for a while. When I went up again, they just said, “Oh shit.” This place desperately needs training—both in making food and in how to talk to customers. Hire better kids.

Wish i could give zero stars the staff doesnt know how to talk to customers and are unaware about the deal for monday and tuesday $0.70 each for boneless wings which i heard for the first time when i asked where is the manager the kid in the front said i am the manager identifying himself as juan which is definately not true coz the staff at the back started laughing when they heard this worst service ever !

I wish i can give negative rating on this location as the staff doesn’t know how to speak to a customer and the staff themselves are unaware of the deals the are eating back there and we asked to talk to manager and the kid said he is the manager he said his name is KUAN which i believe was a lie and i even showed them google with offer and still they denied and refuse to give us food i will suggest to all dont go to this location they are there just to laugh at the customer and make fun of them…

Im not a big wing person nor am I an expert in ordering "wings" but I went here for the first time and was very impressed.
First off, the guy who works the register there was very nice and extremely patient. I wasnt quite sure how to order but he took a moment to explain the routine. Meanwhile I could see the guy and gal in the back preparing peoples food. I was impressed how they were cleaning in between each order.
The place was busy, but the place was clean and the restroom was very clean as well.
I got my order to go and brought it home for the family to eat. Everyone says it was hot and fresh and really delish. Very impressed with this place.

This place is terrible. I usually order delivery on doordash ,but today I decided to order pick up on doordash. I went there to pick up my order and this historic guy told me they never got my order and can’t find it upon checking. So I had to come home with no food and hungry. I call doordash to get a refund when I called they told me to hold so they can check the store. I waited and she came back and said they found the order. I wasn’t going back to pick it up because I already came home. People here needs to know how to do they’re job!!!! Or get a glasses to see the orders correctly!!!!
