It's always there and always tastes the same. So when you can't think of anything else, it's a go to. The only issue is it seems like when I call, they're always out of at least one ingredient, and random ones. Strange: but I guess it is what it is. Their Pans are what I usually get there, and it takes me back to My childhood.

would give it zero starts because there was hair all throughout the pizza.When i noticed the hair i thought it might've been mine but i actually pulled it out from under the layer of cheese. And their card reader was broken so the cashier had to type in my information manually, felt very unsafe and will watch my bank statements closely. DONT GO HERE!!!

Horrible!! I ordered the other day from this location. It did not taste like Pizza Hut. There was barely any cheese on my pizza and it was dry. There is no way this is Pizza Hut. Needs major improvements

I hate to be this person but I paid for extra toppings. To me this doesn't look like extra toppings. If I'm wrong I apologize; but this looks to be the same amount of toppings when it's not extra. It's just a little upsetting when you pay for extra and expect extra. However the pizza is good though.

Just had the Detroit Style Pizza and I think it's amazing! growing up in upstate NY and italian I'm always looking for the pizza I grew up eating. Never ever have a found it anywhere in Dallas. But now..... the pizza is referred as tomato pie or bakery pizza. Good doug, pizza sauce and Parmesan cheese...that's it and it's awesome. The Detroit pizza comes close. I hate Pizza that tons of cheese and no tomato sauce dry dry dry. NOT this this pizza is crunchy and chewy and with just the right amount of sauce that you get a sauce bite every time! highly recommend...hope it stays on the menu!

I placed an order over an hour ago and selected the tracking via text message. I was not able to track the order. I called to check on my order and spoke to Chris at the front desk who rudely interrupted me as I was trying to express my concern with my order. Which I ordered wings. The fact that he cut me off was enough for me. He then said they only have one driver. So my wings are going to be cold as s*** by time they get here if they ever come! He said it could be longer than that! That's pathetic! Never expressed any concern! On top of the fact that I'm pregnant!

Went here for the wongs! Tried their spicy garlic wings which were just amazing!! Spicy, tangy, and full of flavor! Definitely going again!!

If I could give negative stars I would. I had to drive to the pizza hut to get my order that I placed for delivery to get a refund because that pizza hut would not answer my calls to check the status of my pizza although I called multiple times. When I arrived at the store no one was at the front and I literally screamed if anyone was there and still no one came out. I had to flag down the delivery driver who was leaving to see if anyone else was even working. There is one delivery person so don't waste your time getting delivery. They are clearly understaffed and poorly run. The staff refunded me but kept the driver gratuity. They assured me it would show back up on my card, but I suspect I'll be back to collect that tip they kept.

we only ordered from this location tonight because we had a $20 credit from the last time we ordered. they royally messed up our order hence the credit. This time pizza was 30 minutes late and they left off part of order. When I called the young mN who ordered offered to send out the cheese sticks they left off...nope...not waiting another hour and a half. i asked to speak to a manager. sorry...he is the only one working, we are understaffed, etc....same exact excuse as last time. Thry must have this script tapes up by the phone. We are done with this location!

I am currently on hold trying to call in and check on the status of my order. I ordered at 7:30. It is currently 9:20 and my order is still marked as "We're Making Your Order." Any pizza place that takes over an hour to get you your food and doesn't pick up their phone is not a place you should try to do business with. Brief Update: They hung up on me without answering.

They charge for cheese and crushed pepper packets. Who wants to eat pizza without cheese and crushed pepper. Per store employee it's a Pizza Hut change nationwide. Worst pizza place ever. No more Pizza Hut.

Horrible service and customer relations. Stay away at all costs. Orders take over an hour to be delivered, even if within a one mile driving distance, not during rush hour and perfect weather. I had to call twice before they told me the truth, which is they only have one driver and that was after the manager talked over and interrupted me. I will never return. After waiting, finally had order cancelled and refunded. It's not worth the aggravation. Just order Domino's
