Came in at 945 on Friday and some of the toppings were put up. I asked if they had almonds in the back and the employee Ava rolled her eyes and said “not right now.” But when I walked in I saw her hand it to a guy….not sure why it was such a big deal to get them. But it wouldn’t have been if they weren’t trying to close early.

I decided to check out the frozen yogurt shop on Sunday since I just moved to the area, and frozen yogurt is one of my favorite treats. When I walked in, a lady came out from the back, and I asked if I could try a flavor. She just looked at me and said, "We don’t do samples here." That kind of bummed me out because I wanted to check out what flavors I might like.

In the end, I picked a couple of flavors and added some basic fruit on top. Honestly, I didn’t really enjoy the yogurt or the experience that much.

Yogurtland is the best place to eat here. The yogurt is yummy, the toppings are great, and they will give you Pac-Man Spoon when you pay.

I've often come here since I live in the area, and for the most part, the experience has been good, except for when the Asian guy, maybe the owner or manager, is there. You can tell he's in charge and is a little older than the employees. I came here a few weeks ago with my daughters, and one of my daughters has special needs. She filled her cup a quarter full with a few pieces of crackers, which would not be even half of the cup but way less than it being half filled. She threw it in the trash because she found out one of the yogurts had an ingredient that she was allergic to, and the owner found the cup and yelled at her in front of the whole store. He yelled for about 3–4 minutes and told us to never come back. Watch out for that guy and report it if you ever have a bad interaction with him! Keep him away from your kids, as he will get verbally aggressive and will walk around you to see what's going on.

The strawberries were all soggy and bad, I asked the lady in the front if she had any more and said she couldn’t do anything about it. This was disappointing as I was looking forward to enjoying my frozen yogurt with strawberries and all the other things I like on it.

Yogurtland is always the best yogurt place. Plain tart is the best.

We stopped here on Saturday and they don't even have sample cups to try if we even like it. They also had like 5 machines that were not working. Definitely not coming back.

There were 5 flavors that were empty. That was disappointing, especially when so many different people like different options. Low fat, low sugar, non dairy, all of those are great options too. And no free water anymore. Other than that, friendly and efficient employees, place was clean. Party of 6. Birthday celebration.

Today, I was in the Carrollton area and decided to try to this Yogurtland location. I have tried different Yogurtland locations before. There was a new flavor I saw that I wanted to try. I was told by the cashier they were out of sample cups. I understood. I then asked for a spoon. The young cashier told me it wasn't allowed. How would I be able to try a new flavor they are offering if they didn't have sample cups and aren't allowed to give out spoons? If they don't have sample cups, they should offer a way to try what they are offering.I made a much smaller purchase than I usually make and left right after. This business will expect for you to pay $4-$7 for a yogurt cup but can't offer you a sample cup or a way to try a new flavor. If you are a huge Yogurtland fan like me, please continue to support the business, just not this location.
