I had a 16-course Omakase and every dish was amazing. I enjoyed the chef’s creative idea and the service was also great.

Adding this to one of my top DFW places. It's funny bc I hated the Yujo off of Preston. This place had omasake for $75, and each piece was delicious. Some I thought I would hate, but ended up loving.

I also ordered the empress gin drink...delicious.

Also, the wait staff were very attentive.

Fish is so fresh and the creative combinations of toppings on the individual pieces is unique. Much better price point than Sushi Bar in downtown and just as good. Look out for all there awesome deals!

Went for $1 Salmon Wednesday. Had a reservation, and had to wait an additional 35 minutes from our reserve time. Manager was running around but not sure if he was helping. Seems aimless.

Food is subpar for the price. The rice they use for the sushi is brown rice. Not sure of other days, but the brown rice was soggy and overpowered the fish. My cocktail was room temperature when it arrived. End up spending $150 on $1 Wednesday because we order from the regular menu because the salmon was unsatisfactory. Regular menu was mediocre.

AYCE quality for Omakase price, probably better to go to Sushi Masa for the value.

After the Owner’s spat, they’ve rebranded Kyodai into Yuji Nori.. but how is it?

Yuji had started to premade their Wednesday night special back when it was Kyodai, and pieces were $1.50 ea. Looks like price increased to 2$ a piece and they’re still premade and okay quality.

Interior looks better now though!

Tried Yujo Nori in Carrollton — really nice boutique omakase. Food was clean and well done, service solid, and the Junmai sake pairing worked great with the richer cuts. Cozy spot, easy from The Colony.

Went to this location to try out the omakase, they have a tuesday special. However, we made a reservation at 7.30pm, which requires a 20 dollars hold, showing they take reservations seriously
Firstly, they didn't call to make sure we are still going for the reservation, then when we showed up on time at 7.20pm, we waited till 8.30pm to get seated. Waited for 60mins for a 40mins experience. Some customers just sat at the counter talking after eating, I think they should have managed the time better and respect customers' time.

We came in on a random Saturday for lunch and it was amazing ! We did their omakase and it did not disappoint! Many restaurants do not offer omakase until 5!! I would highly recommend it

I have been here several times and overall it’s great food. However, the service is not. It felt completely rushed. Server was hovering the whole time and made us feel like we had to leave quickly. If it gets too busy on happy hour days then hold reservations. Didn’t even feel like it was enjoyable to eat not knowing when a server will just pop up when you’re in mid conversation.

I have never been disappointed and left upset at a restaurant before.

Do not go on happy hour days if you want to enjoy the food and ambiance of the place. Won’t be returning again.

We did a Wednesday date night for the Salmon night special ($1.50 per nigiri piece) and it was really great. The fish was so fresh and delicious and the handrolls were my favorite. We were so full by the end and did not spend an arm and a leg. Ambiance is beautiful and service was amazing.

The salmon nigiri Wednesday special is amazing
As expected, the food is fresh and what really surprise me it was the ambience and aesthetic of the restaurant
Great place for a cost-efficient date night to set the vibe
