Rancho Grande does not follow federal law and argue that their accountant told them to charge fees on all debt cards purchases. There was no manager on site to speak with and the cashier was apparently the boss on site last night. The following is the short information on this federal law that they refuse to obey. Although the restaurant can get busy, especially after church, the friendly staff works hard to provide good service. There is plenty of parking available, and the restaurant is well-regarded for its wheelchair accessibility and welcoming atmosphere. Many guests recommend the Margaritas as some of the best they've ever had, making it a great spot for gatherings with family and friends.
