Was in line at subway with atleast 4 other people on 4/25 at around 9pm...employee turns out lights and walks out.... Everyone had to go to Wendy's ....do better subway...maybe hire people that want to work without a attitude....minus 5 stars

This subway advertises 24 hours online. ALL LOVES LOCATIONS that I’ve been to in and out of Texas has a 24hr subway. And yet it’s closed at 10. REALLY. I will not be back.

I went to this subway in Carthage Texas and the female there was stocking chips and she ask me if I was ready to order I said yes. She had her cell phone she went behind the counter to serve me and didn't wash her hands once after handling the stocking she was doing and her phone. But she did put on her gloves. I ask for wheat bread and I asked her is this wheat bread she said yes but it was so white in color I thought wheat bread was darker color

Subway has a MASSIVE fly issue at this location. Landing all over the food and counter and just eveywhere. Walked out.

Service was extremely slow, waited for at least 20 minutes. One employee was standing and not helping with the sandwiches. Only waiting to take payments. No sense of urgency from either employee while line was waiting. After reviewing my bill it was incorrect. Charged twice for chicken and charged for a club sandwich and not a regular ham. My bill was off by $3- 4 dollars based on the menu prices.

By far the most unprofessional location It took them exactly 20 minutes to make 2 sandwiches extremely slow and unprofessional I was going to cancel but I already paid in advance when the bread was toasting , The prep was complaining the whole time while making my sandwich that she can't wait to get off and she's tired blah blah blah I don't care don't take your anger out on my food
