We are in town for a couple weeks, the downfall of hotel stays is having to eat out all the time (yes it does get old)! But we found this place today and my mood had changed about eating out while here.

I was driving through town and passed this place, but the hickory smell was more than I could handle! I made a u-turn in the church parking lot and was having the best ever burnt-ends brisket 5 minutes later! Amazing!!! I will make this place #1 on my trips through east Texas.

The food was absolutely delicious and we have high expectations being from Texas and being foodies. The sliced brisket and chicken were the menu items that we tried, and they were simply flawless.
