Great boba drinks!

Boba's great, but the grapefruit drink? ASTOUNDING! My son comes here frequently, so I treated the fam- picking up something lighter for myself instead of their luxurious dirty bobas.

Wow, I'm already trying to reverse engineer that drink, it was that good with the sparkling water and delicious chunks of
grapefruit (who needs boba?).

Cute, calm interior- but they could use some more comfortable seating- practically no cushions to be had!

I get feng cha atleast once a week because their matcha latte is amazing

Best boba in SATX! The tapioca is the right amount of chewy, I like 50% sweetness as someone who doesn't like things too sweet iykwim.

I had such a kind and thoughtful experience with this Feng Cha that I felt compelled to share.

I accidentally placed an order at the Castle Hills San Antonio store instead of my local one in Lewisville while I was in a rush heading to a playdate. The drinks were meant for other parents, and I didn’t realize my mistake until after the order was already marked ready and being at the different Feng Cha location.

When I called, the manager went above and beyond. He truly empathized with my situation, even sharing that something similar had happened to him before. While he reached out to the owner to request a refund, he stayed on the phone with me, chatting and helping me feel a lot less embarrassed about the mix-up.

Thanks to their kindness, the owner approved the refund, which I really appreciated—but honestly, what stood out most was how genuinely caring and patient they were throughout the whole situation.

Customer service like this is rare, and it made a stressful moment so much better. I’m very grateful and will definitely remember this experience. Thank you again!

Delicious, premium boba for a better price you would get and it is top tier boba places/franchises in Houston, highly recommend it is delectable

Yummy! Delicious combinations you order on a touch screen and you can pick how much ice you want how sweet you want if you don't want Bubble what kind of milk you want it's super customizable on top of that everything is really pretty and sophisticated and the freaking cops feel like velvet and they just have really nice nice stuff here the music is great I love to hear 2 hours here and try three different drinks! I actually would come here again or bring a client here delicious delicious delicious

Sooooo goood, we got: dirty thai tea, mango, and starwberry matcha. It was amazing

The staff are super friendly and helpful! 😊 I love their Ube Matcha right now and am excited to try other flavors! The staff also let me substitute tea for sparkling water in the Overflowing Grapefruit drink which was really delicious. 🤤 10/10 recommend this location!!! ^^🙌🏽

10/10 recommendation!!!! Service was quick, fast and efficient. Drinks were amazing! Tiramisu Treasure milk foam cake was the ⭐️ of the show. We will definitely be back to try other cakes. The atmosphere is quaint and the outdoor space is perfect!

Love feng cha! They have a great variety of natural flavored teas, real fruits smoothies and other drinks options! Lots of indoor and patio seating available too 🧋

On November 10th, in the afternoon, I received very poor service at this location. I ordered my drinks and a dessert. The two employees prepared my order, but they didn’t even bother to let me know it was ready. They just left it sitting there while they were eating McDonald’s and chatting behind the counter, as if customers were not a priority at all.

On top of that, the dessert flavor was incorrect. I politely asked if they could change it, and they refused in a very rude and unprofessional way, telling me I had to buy a new one. Their attitude was dismissive and disrespectful.

When I went back and purchased the dessert again, both employees went to the back and all I could hear was laughing. That made me feel uncomfortable and honestly concerned about the way my food was handled. I did not feel safe or respected as a customer.

I have visited this place before, but after today’s experience, it will likely be my last time. The customer service was unacceptable, there was zero courtesy, and absolutely no professionalism. Management should seriously review this staff.
