This jack in the box sucks! Two different times I've gone there through the drive thru nobody answers I pull up to the window and wait and nothing! The first time this happened to me here I even went inside and nobody came out for like 5 minutes so I left. Is anybody even in there? Or do they just leave it open for anybody to go in?

Have been there twice this week after midnight, both times I’ve been told their registers are updating for “the new day” and would take about 45 minutes so they couldn’t take an order.Edit 06/21Went at 3:30 was told registers were updating again. Tried to follow the link on the response but restaurant isn’t listed. Only 2209 location is available for review not 2299.

They were out of most of what we wanted, but the food we got was fine. I'm guessing they are low on supply due to Covid concerns, so hopefully this is fixed in the future.

For the 1st time EVER st this location there was a FANTASTIC NEW drive thru cashier. He was prompt, poignant and very polite! I quit visiting this location because they were ALWAYS out of everything I wanted. Tonight was refreshing!! Still ? jib!!

This is a great location for me. Convenient and close to home. I am not a huge fast foodie but sometimes here lately I get off late and nothing else is open. They alerted extremely busy on Friday night and i ended up with the wrong order. Called and was told to speak with David. The young man on the phone was pleasant and didn't seem annoyed. I went the following morning and spoke to David and he was just as friendly. Apologized and signed off on my receipt to get my order replaced on another visit. So here I am tonight and did not have any issues getting that done. It seems as tho they are willing to go above and beyond to fix their mistakes and they do own them. I consider a bad visit a time when an employee/manager is rude or belligerent and unwilling to take responsibility for the mistakes they make. This is not the case with this location. It is excellent. And I am happy to spend my money here.

Fries were cold of course. I ordered the spicy sriracha burger. It didn't come with jalapeños. They put pickles. Instead of bacon strips they used bacon pieces like bacon bits and they were just clumped in the center. Officially done with jack in the box and I'm going to tell everyone I speak to not eat there. Way to put a customer in a very bad mood, Jack.

Early Sunday morning I stopped by this Jack in the box, being the time of day, it was the only thing near by open. And it was my first time in a long time eating at Jack. My last experience was not the best, (was at a different location). I went through the drive thru. And asked a few questions and the lady replied to each one so professionally, and respectfully. I didn't wait long for my food to be made. And when I got home, I was so surprised how good the food was. Everything was fresh and hot. The lettuce was crisp, tomatoes were juicy. And let me add,she put condiments in the bag without me even asking. This was by far the best experience I've had at Jack. Thank you Chelsea for giving me such a good experience I appreciate it. And will definitely be returning to this location.

I love Jack in the Box and I can't eat because I wanted tacos what are my favorite and I noticed they were advertising tiny tacos so I asked for an order of those and they said they were out which is understandable because it's a promotional item Maybe they misjudged how good they would sell but then they continue to tell me that their fryers were down now 90% of their menu is fried items..... And every thing I wanted was fried. I asked for ice coffee as well and she told me they were out and that it would be a minute to make it. . . I said well that's the only thing y'all have for me so I'll wait..

Clean lobby and I was greeted as soon as I walked up to the register area. Employee who took my order was very nice and didnt rush me. Food was good but they were out of minitacos.
